1999 Custom P&D 24 CUSTOM P&D P&D style boat made by sunshine marine.. boat is in great shape.. Awlgrip paint, Custom interior with drop down front bolsters.. I have all maintenance records and receipts for boat since i have owned it and motor is currently under warranty. I also have a dual axle float on trailer for it, trailer needs a little work from sitting but has new tires.. Boat is in great condition and needs very little to be perfect.. 2001 B&D South Shore Downeast Cruiser "The Maine Event", Is a custom built down east Lobster boat built by B&D Enterprises in Boothbay Maine. The vessel was commissioned in 2002 and her owner has enjoyed her since. The owner a Merchant Marine Captain says the South Shore hull rides smoother than a Duffy and is wider than a BHM. This lobster Yacht features a single fuel sipping 350 hp. Yanmar Diesel. This yacht has a large comfortable air conditioned wheel house / salon with starboard side helm. The solid mahogany cabinet work is plane and simple and finished in natural color. Port side lower galley, starboard head with sink and shower. Large forward V berth in bow. Santana 28, Good condition. Dry boat, no leaks.All lines lead aft for single handed sailing, cam cleats. Harken main sheet track. Harken roller furler gib. Keel stepped mast. Full batten sail with two reef points. Rigged with lazy jacks. 4 cockpit wenches and 3 cabin top wenches. Swim ladder off stern. I owned her for 2.5 years and sailed primarily in the San Francisco Bay. Previous owner raced her.Bottom in good condition, serviced regularly- bottom job needed within a year and zincs are good.
