Priced low to sell fast (NADA price is $11,000). Dry docked all the time. Engine is newer, 2008 Mercruiser 4.3L Inboard/Outboard, and runs incredibly smooth and powerful. Battery, carburator, exhaust manifolds, exhaust elbows, and bilge pump all replaced last year out of an abundance of caution as I intended to keep it another decade. Everything works great except it needs a new radio. Low hours. Serviced by J.B.'s Marine (every year, most recently in March).
