2008 East Cape Caimen, 2008 East Cape CaimenThis boat was built and equipped to be light as possible and to be as reliable and easy to maintain as a hammer. Powered by the last of the Yamaha 50hp 2 Strokes, she jumps out of the whole and has more than enough top end to blow your hat off.I had this boat custom built by East Cape. It has been a pleasure to fish out of but now it is time to move on to other interests. The motor is in great shape and while it doesnt start as instantly as the new 4 Strokes it has always been reliable and nothing else make this kind of power in the same weight class. The only repair to date outside of normal maintenance has been to change the Tilt Motor and switch, this damage was caused by the second trim switch sticking in the down position while under way. Motor was flushed with fresh water after every trip.Included in the sale is the Yamaha 50TLR, Carbon Marine Mangrove Push Pole, year 2014 Aluminum Trailer with a loose spare, the Minn Kota Riptide iPilot (GPS) Trolling Motor with remote (added in 2010), Wang Anchor Pin with transom bracket and Deep Cycle Battery. The trolling motor battery is roughly a year old but has been well maintained, charges to 100% and has the capacity to fish all day. The trolling motor is attached with a quick disconnect plate and Battery Tender plug for easy removal when it is time to break out the fly rods. Fuel tank is 10 Gallon capacity aluminum. Read the reviews, the Caimen will float in an honest 4 to 7 inches of water depending on how it is loaded. Runs very dry for a boat this size and rides softer than most larger skiffs. Is very easy to push all day from the platform, tracks straight and has no hull slap so it is super stealthy.These dont come up for sale very often, dont miss your chance! $14,850.00.

1973 CT Cutter Rigged Ketch The hull is in great shape and and has never had any issues with blistering. The boat was built in Taiwan in 1973, designed by Bill Garden. 4 wide beds (two could fit two people if they are close), and option for a 5th full size bed by disconnecting and dropping the main dining/nav table. The layout includes a small cabin in the bow. A large private middle cabin with a sliding hatch. In the main area, there are two large beds opposite each other with a fold down table in between them and a butterfly hatch/skylight overhead. The galley is in the rear with the dining area. All cabin areas except the one in the bow have plenty of standing head room. Also all areas of the boat have loads of storage space. The boat was built in the early days of fiberglass hulls, so they were arguably overbuilt back then. It is a heavy boat good for bay overnights or even ocean cruising. I have just had fun with it locally, but the previous owner took it up and down the east coast on a regular basis. The spars are made of sitka spruce box design. Both misen and main were replaced a few years ago and they are in great shape (but in need of fresh varnishing). The originals lasted over 30 years and misen was custom built from new materials. The main was acquired from another CT-41, surveyed and refurbished. -new smart battery charger rigged to charge house power and starter batteries -dedicated house power battery -dedicated engine starter battery -power distributor to manage distribution of trickle charging from solar chargers -standard pump style toilet was recently replaced -main mast step was replaced, solid mahogany coated in epoxy -electric anchor winch with remote operation and its own battery with independent solar charging -all interior bedding cushions were replaced a few years ago, custom design, and moisture/mold resistant fabric -Rigging is in excellent shape, replaced a few years ago -The owners have removed the dinghy and is not included in the sale price.

He even arranged to have the car delivered to me at the airport so I did not have to drive the two hours to the dealership. The guys that met me with the car were extremely friendly and just added that much more to the adventure. When I had some issues with registering the title when I got home, the dealership immeditely got me the additional information I needed and even stated (without me asking) that they would pay any late fees if it caused issues. Without doubt, the Hatteras 50/53 Motor Yacht is the most successful medium sized motor yacht ever built, with over 600 of them between their various incarnations. They were in production from 1965 to 1989, a full twenty-four years. This yachts enduring popularity comes from a combination of excellent quality, good design, and a great use of space. Power is sufficient for pleasure cruising with a pair of 8V71 Naturals. Whether as a summer home or a vacation getaway, this boat has been meticulously maintained and run every season. This boat runs as well as it looks. The hulls and superstructure are built like a tank with the bottoms about an inch thick with balsa cored sides and decks. These are first rate production motor yachts. Service requirements are relatively minor if the previous owner has kept up with maintenance. Virtually any yard can work on these boats and is familiar with them. That's the advantage of long-term production. With her 15'10" beam this is a big 50 footer and the layout takes maximum advantage of that space. Most people love the galley down layout with the dinette opposite which is great for informal meals. The distinct Lower Helm is situated in the forward quarter and has been redesigned to incorporate well with the living area for time spent underway or at dock. The salon is ample sized and features a comfortable convertible sofa and flat screen TV. All windows feature blinds. The headliner and carpet were replaced in the summer of 2005. 2009 Steiger Craft (Warranty! 180 Hours!) FOR QUESTIONS CONTACT: JOHN 631-466-0777 or 2009 Steiger Craft 21 Long Beach DV center console w/ 2009 175 Suzuki. I had this boat built in the spring of 2009 and has never let me down once. I use the boat in the waters off Montauk and the North shore of Long island including the Race and Plum Gut and can honestly say I have never felt unsafe.We constantly load the boat with 4 guys, coolers, rod/reels and spearfishing equipment and can say for certain there is plenty of room! Anyone familiar with Steiger Craft knows the boats are over built to commercial specs and made to last a lifetime, hence the lifetime transferable hull warranty!!! This particular boat weighs in at 4300 lbs dry with a 124 gallon fuel tank, the deck alone is 3/4 inch thick solid fiberglass, the only wood construction on this boat is in the transom and bow cap enclosing the anchor locker. (I have all photo documentation of the boat being built) Brand new, this particular model, is going for close to $49,000 with comparable power. I was told by the factory shortly after this boat was built that the prices had increased significantly due to the high cost of materials. -LOA 21ft -Beam 8ft-6in -Draft 15in -Deadrise 21* 175 Suzuki four stroke outboard 25in shaft with approx 180 hrs/ hydraulic steering. As you can see from the pictures the boat is in near new condition and has been meticulously cared for since it was built. Please serious inquiries only, sea trial available for anyone seriously interested. The boat sits on a 1999 five star trailer I had from my prior boat before the Steiger Craft. The trailer def needs some TLC but gets the job done, I would not travel long distances without replacing the tires and wheel bearings. I live about 5 miles from a local boat ramp so the need for a new $3,000 trailer was never a priority. Buyer can either take or leave the trailer, pretty much giving it away with the boat and not factoring it in with the price.
