2003 Egg Harbor 37 Convertible,One big beautiful comfortable fish catching machine. This boat draws fish! Cat 3126's with 420 hp each and approximately 1130 hours. Cruise 23 to 24 knots. Top speed 29 to 30 knots. 7.5 Westerbeke genset needs a new stator. The flybridge seats 8, there is plenty of room for six anglers. Fishing equipment includes a huge custom insulated fish box, big livewell, big tackle locker, bait prep station, rocket launcher and 30 foot double gold spreader Rupp outriggers. There is a transom door and a big swim platform. The salon is bright and inviting with lots of glass. It is finished in beautiful high gloss wood cabintrey with Corian Counter tops and teak and holly floors. The big L-shaped couch has lots of storage and a pull out double bed that has never been used. There is an ice maker, flush cooktop, sink with Corian cover, ac-dc refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound. The salon has a seprate A/C unit. From the moment you enter you will feel I want to stay here a while, maybe a long while. The master, guest bunk room and bath are located down stairs. The finishes, High gloss wood, Corian and wood floors are the same as the salon. The master has lots of storage and features an island style queen size real bed with a real mattress. Very comfortable. The island arrangement allow either partner to get in or out with out crawling over the other. Believe me don't buy a cruiser with out this feature. The over under guest bunk room has lots of storage. There is enough standing room for one(two if they really like each other) to get dressed. The bath has lots of storage, a Corian toped vanity and a vacuflush toilet. The stand up glass doored shower is large enough but I try not to drop the soap. The bath ceiling is mirrored. I don't know why. In 2012 we replaced all the electronics with state of the art Garmin equipment. The touch screen makes it easy to controll the system, the 12KW, 72mile, 6foot, HD radar picks up birds, weed lines , rips, and even boat wakes. The digital CHIRP technology depth sounder give an accurate bottom picture at any speed or any depth. The info available on the GPS is great. The boat is well maintained, mechanical service annually and anything that stops working is repaired or replaced at the first sign of trouble. The partial flybridge enclosure is new, the batteries replaced last spring. Most summers I live aboard for at least a month in the Keys. I am never ready to go when it is time. The boat is that comfortable. And the charter captains think I am a lot better fisherman than I am. The boat draws fish! $185000

The MacGregor 26S MacGregor 26 Swing Keel Sailboat 1994 with Trailer in Excellent Condition ready to Sail! This is a 1994 MacGregor 26S Sailboat with trailer and 8 hp outboard motor in excellent condition. It accepts a 2 inch ball mount trailer hitch. The total trailer weight is about 2000 lbs, so pretty much any V-6 vehicle can tow this without any extra equipment. Any Minivan for example will work fine. It includes everything needed to sail. Three sails including a main, a roller furling Genoa and a drifter / spinnaker are included . This sailboat is wheel steered with binnacle mounted motor remote controls and instruments. Everything is in excellent condition and the trailer tires are brand new Goodyear Marathon trailer tires. It also has an extra motor mount for a trolling motor or small outboard secondary engine. This boat has many upgrades including wheel steering and a Rudder Craft Mac 26S HDPE High Performance Replacement Rudder as well as the stock rudder as a spare, a MMSD pump out porta toilet, a CDI roller furling Genoa and a main sail cover as well as life lines and bow and stern pulpits, a swim ladder, a solar panel and an Autohelm ST 30 Bidata to name a few. The 8 HP Tohatsu (Nissan) outboard model M8B also has electric start and an alternator. The MacGregor 26S, 1990 to 1995, replaced the dagger board with a swing centerboard (which kicks up in an accidental grounding) and made other smaller changes. Together, the 26D and 26S are often called the "classic" MacGregor 26, and sometimes the 26C. Owners of these earlier models tend to refer to them as "the real sailboats" prior to the changes coming with the MacGregor 26X. The V-berth can handle 2 people/kids and has storage underneath, the settee can accommodate another person and plenty more storage under there, in the cabin galley /kitchen area is a sink and a mirrored bulkhead with plenty of storage under the sink. Behind the ladder going into the cockpit is a queen sized, super comfortable bed which is also located right below the cockpit. This boat has a POP-UP roof over the galley area that rotates up and out of the way while boat is at anchor / berth which gives unlimited head room in the cabin. This vessel includes all tools and supplies needed for maintenance and use like a nice Windex for mast top mounting. a manual bilge pump, an anchor with rode, a new gallon of bottom paint, a new fuel tank with hose, a remote controlled stereo, cockpit cushions, a wind scoop etc. I am the third owner of this nice Mac and all paperwork including the Wisconsin Title and the original purchase contract when new are included as well as a IL trailer title from the previous owner. (Note, a few pictures are from the previous owner in IL and we do not have trailer titles in WI.) It is located in Door County, WI in the city of Egg Harbor, WI north of Green Bay at my summer cottage while I live in Milwaukee, WI. At the time it was the only sailboat that met my budgetary needs, had room enough for my family of three to cruise for up to a week at a time, and trailered well to let us explore waters from Maine to Key West. Yes, it's a light boat, but I had a lot of sailing experience and was cautious and never had trouble in winds to 30 knots - and I didn't try anything foolish like taking it offshore. Yes, the fiberglass was thin, but I avoided running into rocks. I took my 3-year-old out on solo daysails and have no regrets. I sold it to a family of four, their first boat, and heard from them a few years later that they'd thoroughly enjoyed tons of sailing. Thousands of other MacGregor owners have had similar experiences."

As we begin a new boating season, I am offering this great vessel at a very compelling price, much lower than last summer's listing. When you compare our vessel's roominess, cleanliness, and restored durability to any other boat, she is certainly unique and a tremendous value. UPDATE: Four Saturdays is now in the water and readily available for inspection. I strongly encourage seriously interested parties to visit her. Classic lines with modern style and amenities are a striking combination. NOTE: This classic vessel is not just another patched up old boat. I has been gone through a multi-year, ground up rebuild. Granted, that makes it somewhat difficult to find comparables for pricing, but as you will see below, this is not going to be a money making venture for me, but a killer deal for you. Offered for sale is our family's pride and joy, the Four Saturdays (the name is derived from our last name, which means Saturday in Polish, and our family of Four). I have spent 2010-2012 (losing count after 3000 man hours) completely restoring this classic. Pacemakers were handmade in Egg Harbor, New Jersey, until the company was purchase by Chris Craft. This motor yacht was brought to the Great Lakes thru the Erie Canal in 1966 to Minnesota, via the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers. She spent most of her life there, until I purchased and brought her back 1100 nautical miles to Lake Michigan. It is what I describe as a "restomod"... I've kept the classic lines of the vessel, but have improved most aspects of it for useability, longevity, and style in the modern world. Listed below will be a long, boring list of all of the work done, but, in a nutshell, the result is a very unique vessel that my family of four has enjoyed as a liveaboard for the last four summers. Because of this restoration, she is ready to last another 47 years. Four Saturdays garners a lot of attention as we cruise the waters around Holland, Michigan, and is reliable as the day is long. She's got a displacement hull, so she's not fast, but she'll run all week at 9-11 knots. The Detroit Diesels mated to Twin Disc transmissions start immediately, run flawlessly, and have only 2300 hours from NEW. Ask any diesel mechanic, and they will confirm that these motors are practically just broken in. The hull is tight and solid, and runs a bilge pump maybe 2 gallons an hour. We live on an end slip on Lake Macatawa, and it's the best lakefront property you'll ever get to enjoy. We had dreamed of moving somewhere warm and living on her year round, which would have been awesome. Unfortunately, we have decided to sell Four Saturdays to pursue some other opportunities. I may consider very compelling partial trades for automobiles or a 26-30' center console fishing boat. A vessel of this size can only be transported via waterway or ship transporter, so please consider this when bidding/buying. I may consider assisting in the transport of her to your desired destination (at additional cost). Likewise, a loan is practically impossible for a vessel of this vintage, so liquid funds are necessary. Notes: A. As some provenance, I have the original build file from Pacemaker that was obtained when the original offices were torn down. As some points of reference, in 1966 the average cost of new house was $14,200.00, average income per year was $6,900.00, and the average cost of a new car was $2,650.00. The price paid for this Pacemaker in 1966 was $79,751.75. In today's dollars, that's $573,693.23. B. I also have countless photos of the entire project stage, including the photos of the 2004/5 $200,000 hull restoration completed by a previous owner. Many of these photos are included in a professionally bound photo book. C. Many ask about maintenance. I was blessed with the time to do this project in a relatively short span of time, but involving thousands of man hours. Most cannot buy out the time to do so. Now that the vessel was stripped bare and completely built back up with longevity in mind, it's just a matter of keeping things that way, which is just like any other home, cottage, or asset. Normally I would agree with those who say NOT to buy a wooden boat... except for the Four Saturdays, because the hard work has all been done. I am in no way saying that she is perfect, but if you want perfect, buy a new plastic boat... costing hundreds of thousands of dollars (maybe millions) more, and nowhere near the uniqueness and character of a classic vessel. Below are the details of this vessel. We thank you for looking at her, and if you are a serious potential buyer and have questions or a request to see her in person, feel free to email me through eBay, or call me at two six nine five zero one three two three two. Obviously, we are selling her with no warranties, expressed or implied, but I have attempted to describe her as completely and honestly as possible. We do have the vessel for sale locally, so we reserve the right to end this auction at any time. Q: Your boat is beautiful! Job very well done! Do you know height of boat from waterline? What is your fuel burn/hr at cruising speed? Range? Boat sleeps? # staterooms, heads, showers? I see you use portable ac units. Are they effective? Do you have any heat source on board? How is boat stored in winter? Draft of boat? Thanks Feb-14-14 A: rob157, Thanks for your comment. We have truly enjoyed our time with her. To answer your questions: A. I have not measured lately the height above the waterline, but I believe it is about 20'. I know that without the lite mast, we navigated under the one bridge on the Illinois Riv. that is fixed at 19'. Sorry for the ambiguity, but since restoring, we have been in waters that are not inhibited by bridges. If you would like a more accurate measurement, please let me know. B. We normally cruise at hull speed, around 9.5-10 knots. My estimated fuel burn per hour is 8-10 GPH. It certainly varies by itinerary. Traveling S from Minnesota via the Mississippi, we cruised at 11 knots at 1.6 mpg. Obviously, because she is a displacement hull, she is never going to be fast, but she runs 5 knots at idle and will run all week at 8-12 knots. She has two 300 gal. rear tanks, fabricated new in 2005, and 2 auxiliary 100 gal. tanks in the engine room, 800 gals total. C. Boat sleeps 6-8. 3 staterooms: 1 master w/queen bed, stateroom 2 w/bunk beds, forward stateroom w/full size bed, and couch in salon that folds to full size bed. Two larger heads: master and main head with enlarged shower. Redesigned from original configuration. Also exterior H/C shower that we use a lot on the enlarged teak swim platform. D. Yes, we use portable A/C units, 2 12000 BTU models, as well as a new low profile 15000 BTU roof unit in the pilothouse, and they work very well. The original A/C was just too inefficient and unreliable. We purchased the portable units as a stopgap measure until we could afford a new bank of conventional marine A/Cs, but they worked so nicely we decided to keep them for the time being. We rarely need any heat source, but when necessary, we have a couple small portable electric heaters. E. Boat is stored outside on the hard in the winter. Firstly, due to my belief that the wood likes it better, and second, due to cost. F. I believe official draft is 3'8". Thanks.

ASKING PRICE NOW REDUCED BY $20,000!! UPDATE: After having been inspected by mechanic and me from stem to stern, we put her in the water on the 24th of April, and brought her the 20nm to Lake Macatawa that weekend. She is now in our slip in Holland, Michigan. In preparation for this season, she received a new coat of ablative bottom paint, new skirting around the aft deck and fly deck, and a host of little projects to keep her as pretty as possible (polished the solid surface counter tops, additional coats of floor finish in the galley/salon, new window treatments in galley/salon, etc... stuff that really wasn't necessary, but I'm kind of picky). As planned, she is tight and sound. Her bilge runs maybe once a day for about 5 seconds, which is beautiful for a classic wooden motoryacht of her size.
