Boarding the 29 Fever seems safe and comfortable. The feel of speed is immediate on this boat, and you definitely feel the force as you add throttle. The advantages of Reggie’s hull design become apparent when you are moving at top speed and run through performance turns without the dreaded skip, slide, or chine walking many others give at lower speeds. Up front, you have an anchor locker and bow rails. There’s plenty of room to spread out for sunning, but it’s not an area to ride when the boat is underway. Pop up cleats are also in this area and maintain the smooth surface when stowed. The cockpit is protected by a full framed wraparound windshield that does not block the view of the driver. All controls are easy to reach at the helm. In addition, the steering is very responsive thanks to the Full Latham hydraulic system. The bolsters have bottom cushions that are power driven and are very comfortable for long-range trips. The seats drop away for the fast runs and safely hold you in position, even in the tightest turns. When you are cruising, you can easily bring the seat up for a comfortable ride. Selling my personal boat. Sea Ray 340 Sundancer, year 2002 with 500 hours on twin 8.1 Mercury Horizonsthe boat is in great shape updated, all works properly and it only needs to be used. This is the boat for someone that wants to gas it up and start using it today without having to worry about the bottom paint or the electronics, the AC the generator or any other systems. When i bought this boat I had it completely updated. New Garmin GPS / New Garmin VHS, New Garming multi Instrument, Generator westerbeke was rebuilt to new, the interior upholstery was updated all with sumbrela, the stereo was replaced for a Fusion with iPod integrated, Fusion Amp, Kenwood Speakers and Kenwood Sub to give not only LOUD Sound but QUALITY Sound … you can play Classic, Sinatra, Jazz, Alternative Rock, Salsa or Hip Hop and you will really ENJOY !!! The engines were serviced by probably the very best mercury mechanic in florida, they were tested with mercury's computer attached and they work just perfect. Trim tabs work perfect, props were check when we did the complete bottom. All paint was scrapped and a new coat was put on at rickenbacker marina no more than 6 months ago. The air Conditioner was UPDATED to the latest CRUISAIR COMPACT and upgraded from the original 12k BTU to 16k BTU and it makes that cabin a freezer. The batteries are new and upgrades to group 31 from the original 27 there are 4 of them and the battery charges was updated and it works perfect. The cables are there all the fenders, ropes, coast guard kit, etc … which are item that new boaters sometimes do not consider … but once you have your boat you have to buy these item and they add up to considerable amount The boat has no funny smells, no humidity, the refrigerator inside the cabin works as it should and so are the marine head all there lights and the windows have no corrotion whatsoever. The GELCOAT was polished when we did the bottom so it shines and looks great,. A All the canvas is in good shape, there are no tears, no broken pieces and the isinglass is perfectly clear, so needs no updating or replacing. I can go on an on and on .. but in short the boat only needs to be gassed up and used. If you are looking to have fun with your friends and family this is a great boat, safe, and comfortable. Also it has a great swim platform with ladder that keep the feet away from the propellers and if you have ever tried to swim out of a boat with outboards or I/O you will know what i mean. I am motivated and I will listen to any reasonable offer or trade. The boat is docked in Miami and can be viewed preferably on the week ends however we can accommodate during the week also.
