The GoodIt is a Bristol 40Boat is used regularly.Good functioning boat, made 150 mile Florida Keys trip in early August 2014.Sails in good condition, roller furling headsail. 4 or 5 extra sails including main.Motor runs great except for problem outlined below.Sta lok fittings, rigging in excellent condition.Hot/cold pressure water.Dolphin Battery Charger.Garmin 540 GPS with depth sounder.Spare prop and spare shaft.Vhf.High quality batteries. 2 12 volt starting batteries, 4 6 volt house bank.Bottom paint still good, barnacles scrape off easily.Classic sailboat, fast under sail, solid boat, highly rated. The To Do ListFix leaking high pressure diesel pump. Leaks externally until engine warms up. Also leaks into crankcase causing oil dilution. I use, as is, sparingly, sails up all the time, monitor oil level and viscosity. Need to remove heat exchanger to remove pump and have pump serviced. On next haul out for bottom paint I will also tent boat for termites, small frass piles. Nothing is crumbling away. Install holding tank. No holding tank, old head. I keep Porta potty on board.No auto pilot, Install auto pilot.Replace propane hose to oven/stovetop.
