2004 Fountain (Excellent Condition!) FOR QUESTIONS CONTACT: TREVIN 832.752.1202 or 2004 Fountain 38LX If you are looking for an older, well-kept Fountain LX that has been modernized with all the bells and whistles that won?t break the bank, then look no further. This boats major mechanical systems have been replaced, not rebuilt, with brand new equipment. A brand new Westerbeke 5.0 BCG generator was installed in November 2012. A brand new reverse cycle A/C and heat system installed January 2012. Full suite of Simrad electronics installed March 2013 including twin NSE displays, 4G radar, CHIRP echo sounder with BSM-2 and M265LH transducer. Installed all new LED cockpit and spreader lighting in the Fall of 2013. I am a very meticulous owner that would rather replace something than rebuild it. The boat is powered by triple 225 Optimax motors. The previous owner replaced two of the motors with 2008 models. The hours are low with only: Port 2008 (348 Hours), Center 2004 (748 Hours), Stbd 2008 (355 Hours). Most of the hours are at idle. 300 Gallon fuel capacity. If you are a fisherman or multiple day cruiser, you will appreciate the custom insulated fish boxes that you wont find on other LX models. Ask me why. The hot water, A/C, and toilet are a welcome addition on any trip. The boat also comes with a custom fit all welded aluminum trailer that was purchased in November 2011 with electric over hydraulic brakes on all 6 wheels.
