The hull is in nice shape. The cabin is dated, but with some TLC and new carpet, it would be nice. The cushions are in nice shape. The fridge works, but the sink is not hitched up. The windscreen was replaced last year and two side glasses will come with the unit. The cockpit has been reupholstered. The gauges have also been replaced. Stock #327969 1989 Fountain Fever 38 foot restored and ready to hit the open water! Fountain Powerboats was founded by powerboat racing legend Reggie Fountain in 1979. The Fountain name has always been synonymous with speed and performance and this 1989 Fountain 38 Fever is no exception. It is in nice condition. It has always been a freshwater boat, lovingly maintained, and has been stored inside the majority of its life! Customized EFI Marine engines with larger exhausts and double-walled water-jacketed stainless steel CMI headers. Upgraded IMCO steering that is hydraulic to the helm. It has performance Mercurser drives with four-blade stainless props, not TRS drives. The retired owner is a performance engine builder by trade. One talk with him and you will know why these motors are special. The motors are truly performance built with reliability in mind. Also, braided lines throughout. The swim platform, large sun pad, fridge, and head give this head-turner great accommodations for a day on the water Extras like the electronic engine hatch, shore power, and a place to lay your head make this a great FAST fun boat. All mechanicals in the bilge and all the in/outs have been replaced. The transom checks are as low as 13% moisture content. The gauges have also been replaced. If you are looking for a Fun, Fast, easy-to-trailer Boat. This one is worth a look. Reason for selling is does not use.

2001 Fountain Fever,Hull: One step. It's a clean fiberglass hull. The boat has never been stored in water. The boat has only ever been run in fresh water! The hull has a vinyl cover on it currently. This can be removed to reveal the clean factory finish. The vinyl cover has protected it from any scuffs and scratches.Motor: The motor is the 500hp Mercruiser (The Blue Motor- see pictures). The motor runs great, no issues. Every year there has been a tune up done and the oil has been changed 2 times a year. 2003 fountain fever 27'. Fantastic condition. 2009 525EFI with only 180hrs XR upper bravo 1 lower. Runs flawless! Receipts for everything. Engine, harness and mount were well over $32,000 alone. trailer is a custom 2008 eagle painted to match. boat runs in the 80's. 25pitch hydromotive quad 4 prop labbed by bblades for optimal performance.
