1984 Chincoteague 20 foot fiberglass gravy scow DUCK HUNTERS/BAYMAN'S DREAM BOAT Built by Glass Boat Works in Exmore, VA. Google them for more specifications and pictures.Boat comes with a full set of custom aluminum frame removable duck blinds. Currently boat has all wiring, controls, steering, and engine removed. I was going to completely recondition the boat but more important things have come up and I no longer have time or place to do the work. All removed parts are included. Engine is a 1997 Evinrude 115 HP. Motor is painted in camouflage to match boat exterior. Engine sat unused for 3 years, it was serviced and run for an hour at high idle. Steering is hydraulic and has all hoses and parts. Controls are single lever with cables. Gauges are junk and will need replacement. Console has a 30 gallon tank built in that is still installed and in excellent condition. Battery cables, wiring, and fuel/oil lines will require replacement. TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED. I will work with buyer to reinstall engine, steering, and controls so boat can be moved. Boat is located in a closed marina, so it can be floated off current trailer and put on buyer's trailer or boat hauler's trailer.

Hi, you’re looking at a 1975 Chris Craft XK 22. The XK 22 is one of only 220 boats ever made, from 1971 to 1975. They are becoming increasingly rare and collectible. In the past year I've seen a few $45,000 asking prices! It is a ruggedly built boat and will handle almost any waters you’d put her in. She is 22’9” long and 7’8” beam, weighing 3300 pounds. The XK’s were originally designed by famed offshore racing champion, Jim Wynne. Jim patented the lifting strake and designed several of the fiberglass boats for Chris Craft at the time they were moving into glass boats from wood. Dick Avery designed the interior and the look of the boat. Dick was recruited to Chris Craft in the ‘60’s from Ford in Detroit. He was on the original design team of the Ford Mustang. So the boat has that “Muscle Car” feel to it and frankly, there has not been another one like her on the water. My XK 22 has gone through a complete renovation. I had the boat completely stripped down and painted. Any fiberglass “dings” were expertly repaired. The boat was primed and painted with AwlGrip paint. A new stainless steel rub rail was installed at the same time. New upholstery (front seats) were done. Mechanically, there is a brand new rebuilt Chevy 5.7 or 350 CI marine engine. There are currently about 5 hours on it. A new 4 barrel Edelbrock carb was installed, as was a new starter, dual batteries with switch, trim pump, fuel system completely serviced, new shifting mechanism and the list goes on and on. There is a full sun pad on the rear and a beautiful teak swim platform with stainless steel ladder. The Volvo outdrive works like a charm and has full tilt/trim. The boat has new shag carpeting, that’s right, shag! The boat was delivered with shag carpeting in the 1970’s (remember the Shag Revolution?) I've had the boat on Lake Minnetonka, outside of Minneapolis. No one can believe she's a classic boat from the '70's--she's a real head-turner for sure. Story of the Kathryn Ann...I bought this boat in 2004 off of eBay from an insurance website that sells boats that have been damaged. In this particular case, Hurricane Isabelle ran up the eastern coast and hit the marina this boat was stored at in Maryland, in which the waves beat the boat on the starboard side into the dock piling resulting in damage to the side of the boat and the interior walls of the bathroom (opposite side of the hull damage). I had the boat shipped to me in Panama City, FL where I started the rebuild. Upon arrival of the boat, I took everything out of it and rinsed it all down. I could tell that water had entered the boat and looked as if it had rolled over to its starboard side down in the water a bit because I could see the water line marks. The boat was in fresh water, but where the storm churned up the water, there was a blanket of dirt in the part of the cabin from the water intrusion. Everything cleaned up pretty well except the wood from the water line down was stained. I took the motor out, which is a Yanmar 3GM30F, and had a diesel mechanic go through it and luckily no water got in the engine and it has ran like a top since I have had it. I repaired the hull with the best glass and resins from RAKA in south Florida, never had any problems since the repair. Once I finished up the hull repair, I went ahead and put it in the water to start enjoying it with the intentions of working on it on the weekends to finish it up. Unfortunately not long after putting the boat in the water, I got orders to be stationed in Colorado (Air Force guy) where there is little water! I have been trying to get back to Panama City every since with no luck. So I would come down a couple times a year to try to complete the finish work, but never seemed to get it completed because I would rather take it out with the boys and have fun instead of work on it! As much as it kills me, I need to let her go so that the next person can finish what I started and bring her back to her ol' glory, plus my family never got into it like I hoped, it's a great boat that needs to be used. I'll try my best to describe what still needs to be done...I have rewired most of the DC, never messed with the AC for the simple fact that I didn't have a hook-up available, so that will need to be gone through, the key switch on the operator panel needs to be replaced, I have a lot of new line, but some will still need to be replaced, the anchor light on top of the mast needs replacing, the teak needs to be cleaned and re oiled, there are some pieces that will need to be replaced, the cushions in the front cabin have some water damage (see pic), I have some extra material to do this, but would recommend something a little less 1980s in there. There is a little tear in one of the seat cushions, see pic. Need fuel gauge put in, have one on the boat, just not installed yet. Needs new instruments (speed/depth) possibly just transducer, I used a friends electronics when I took it out for depths. The bathroom needs to be finished, everything works, just needs finishing. Starboard side bumper over repair needs securing. I used the propane system for the stove 5-6 yrs ago, but would recommend going through that to make sure everything checks out. All the stainless needs polishing. Needs bottom paint. A couple of the deck poles need the base rewelded and resealed to the boat, that is where some of the water leaked in the boat over the years. There are some chips in the gelcoat on the rear right side (top deck) from something pecking on it, some gelcoat cracks from age, nothing major, aesthetic stuff. There may be a few more things here and there like screws that need replaced or line, but to the best of my knowledge, that's about it. This is a great buy for a Father/son deal to teach your kids the ins and outs of a sailboat without spending a huge chunk of cash, plus not worry about the kid dinking up a big money boat. Or great for a person to take to the keys or the beaches of the Gulf. Good Luck...hit me up with any questions! This is a very nice all aluminum 1972 Marionette Seacrest Executive 41 ft. houseboat with a 14 ft beam and a 4'x10' aluminum swim platform with a nice flip down ladder for easy boarding. Total length of boat is 45 ft. This boat is almost like new and has been rebuilt about 7 years ago. Then it had 2 new 318 CI 4bbl motors installed then and there are 81 hours on them now. Has walter V drives and everything works excellent. This boat is ready to go and has been no problem since rebuilding. Also has a kohler 4500 watt genset and a xantrex 30 amp inverter system with battery bank. Also has 2 new roof top air conditioners one has a heat strip that works on shore or generated power, wall heater , capac system for checking electrolysis, new remote spot light, and a very nice head with separate shower and removable toilet for easy cleaning and no smells. It has power vents fore and aft that run 24/7 on shore power, inverted power or generated power. There is no leaks in this boat, the bilge has 2 automatic pumps. The bilge under the motors is always dry and nice. In the galley there is a new refrigerator new 2 burner electric glass cook top, that works on shore or generated power. There is a very heavy duty tri axle trailer ( very road worthy ) with brakes, new tires, and new lights. The trailer has a 2 5/16 ball. It sleeps 6 comfortably, there is a new queen size mattress that's always ready to go in the wheelhouse, in the galley the hutch makes into a bed for 2 and there is a new pull out couch in the aft state room for 2 to sleep on. This boat is made all out of aluminum except the 3/4 treated flooring. This boat has never hit anything and runs just like a dream. These aluminum boats were made of good quality materials and were meant to last many many years. The quality workmanship in the interior and exterior of the boat is awesome. The sun deck on top is strong and will support a lot of weight ( fun to jump off in the water) as is the top deck. There is plenty of room for setting on the fore deck and also the aft deck. Also the boat had new wall to wall carpeting and new drapes all around it. The boat is in Onoville NY and likely could stay there call Amy at the marina to be sure. The trailer works just fine, however it does not have any lights. We use magnetic lights as we have a lot of trailers and the trailer light break the first time you use them anyway. Brand new hubs and bearings were installed 3 months ago. Tires are in great shape. Has the fold away neck so it will fit in a standard garage. Cruiser, Yacht, Monk, WW2, Cedar, live-aboard, project, coast guard patrol boat1944 coast guard cruiser one of 55 (designed by Monk?) built to patrol Puget Sound primarily for submarines and one of a handful in existence today. At about 50' length overall and 16' beam, it is big enough to live on comfortably but small enough to cruise and get good moorage. Its Port Orford Cedar planked hull on white oak frames is solid and does not leak. In the 70's or so Seawolf was refitted as a charter yacht, cruising from Puget Sound to Alaska, but all of the original military equipment and lines remain for a great "steam-punk" look. Starting at the bow, there is a chain locker, then a porcelain head with porcelain sink and original door, accessible through the captain's berth, which will sleep two (that like each-other) comfortably, in addition to, two hang-up closets, 6 large drawers, many shelves for storage, a curved beam ceiling, ceiling hatch and 4 portals windows. Up 3 steps to the helm, which has a fold down map/charts desk, a sliding outside door on each side, large windshield and side-glass. Floor access hatches to engines and a scuttle to the fly-bridge and a curved beam ceiling. Down 3 steps to a large galley featuring the original diesel cook-stove, military issue GE fridge, double booth and large dining table, 4 portal windows and two fold out windows, curved beam ceiling, walk in pantry with porcelain sink, stainless steel countertop and double bowl sink, drawers, cabinets and under sink storage. Just off the galley is the aft berth, with a folding bunk arrangement, converting easily to either a couch or two bunk-beds, spacious, cool closets and cabinet storage, a portal and opening window, a separate head, equipped with sink, cabinet space and roomy shower, complete with the continued curved beam ceilings. Just off the aft berth, up a couple steps and out the wood panel door, with original brass hardware, to a semi-enclosed observation deck, (aft) open on 3 sides with a full roof and enclosed half wall below and beam ceiling. The fly bridge is also semi-enclosed with full windshield, side windows and open in the back with a large open upper observation deck. There is also a nice for deck with exposed frames and cool woodwork plus 4 large built in deck boxes. The boat has had a lot of TLC paintwork done on the exterior but is not finished. The twin engines are Chrysler Hemi's but they along with the rest of the machinery have been wet during a partial swamping and neglected, so plan on it needing the works to cruise again.This is a big project but it is also very sound, extremely unique and well worth effort. It would not take much to make a fun live-aboard or a get-away cabin (floating or on the hard).
