The seller states all mechanicals, electronics, and systems are in great working condition. Hull has a discoloration below the waterline (as seen in the photos) due to the anti-fouling paint that has been removed. Right (Starboard) engine has 357.3 hours, Left (port) engine has 348.2 hours. Stock #316990 Excellent condition, low hours, kept in indoor storage when not in use, must see! This beautiful, fresh-water, 24' Grady White with twin 150 Mercury outboards in excellent condition will cater to the most discerning captain! This boat is as close to mint condition for this age boat as you can get. I purchased this boat from the original owner 10 years ago and upgraded everything. Original owner repowered her in 1999. This is a 24 ft Grady White Offshore with everything you'll need for any type of water and fun. This boat has been meticulously maintained. Everything works great. The motor is a 1999 Sukui DT225 225 HP V6 2 stroke that was completely rebuilt with factory new parts two seasons ago and only has 262 hours on it since rebuilding it.It comes with a stainless steel prop. I work on her and polish her up weekly. I never let anything go wrong, I am extremely anal. Boat and engine are extremely clean. This is a great fishing and leisure boat. She has a very spacious cockpit with a cutaway transom making her very roomy and comfortable. New swivel captain chairs this year. New curtains installed last year. New rocket launchers about two years ago. New Kenwood KMR-D562BT marine stereo this year with AM/FM, iPod/Droid connectivity, Bluetooth, Speaker phone, etc. Marine speakers throughout provide great sound. Panasonic marine radio, Very updated and clean interior cabin sleeps three. Upholstery is in excellent condition . Plenty of storage. Two live bait wells and wash down. Portable head compartment in cabin. Loaded with electronics including Raymarine C70 multifunction display chart plotter and 25 mile radar. Humminbird 798 HD chart plotter/fish finder with 3D display so you can actually see structure in 3D. GPS and sonar/depth finder for both Ray Marine and Humminbird units plus a spare transducer. All for redundancy and up time on the water. New Lewmar Pro Fish 700 series free fall windlass with 300 ft of line installed 2013. Two combo starting and deep cycle marine batteries and battery switch plus chargers for shore power installed. Also have lots of spare parts, etc.that can be hard to find that I will give you if still available including a brand new aluminum propeller. I have put everything into this boat. It has been my baby. This is a great boat that you will have for many years to come. Polished teak inside and out as you can see in the pics. Very hard to find especially in this condition. She has no upholstery in the back cockpit to get moldy, good! The flood is super solid, good. The fuel tanks are all solid and tested, good. The cabin has no obvious leaks and no smells, good. Trim and tilts both work fine, good. Trailer tows great, good. She has all new tires on the trailer, good. She is equipped with a Garmin GPS 198C GPS/Sounder and Garmin GPS 120. In her day, the Offshore 24 was a proven performer, well respected for her big water handling, and able to bring the big fish up. She is powered by a Johnson Ocean Runner 225 hp motor that there is no hour meter for but, has excellent compression. Her mounts are tight and the trim and tilt is 100%.Her cabin looks so much better than a boat half her age, and is much more than just serviceable.
