22' Duckworth Jet Boat. $15,500 This Duckworth Jet boat gets up on plane fast and handles great. It has a Hamilton 770 pump, powered by a completely fresh re-built 351 Redline marine engine with ZERO hours that comes with a COMPLETELY TRANSFERABLE TWO YEAR UNLIMITED HOUR ENGINE WARRANTEE. The engine was rebuilt by S&J Engines of Spokane, and installed and tested by Hank Gosnell LLC in Lewiston. It has recently upholstered side bench seats that fold down to accommodate sleeping. A heater is located under the driver side bench seat, and there is a zippered clear rear panel that can enclose the cabin area. The anchor weighs in at 50lbs and has four heavy-duty articulating tangs for river anchorage. The Ramsey winch has had high gearing installed for anchor retrieval and can be actuated from the front deck or cabin. It has three switchable batteries located in the hold. Two batteries are for starting, and one is for electric trolling motor or other accessories. There is a 2' wide trolling platform installed at the transom with a trolling motor mount. Sturdy 1" square aluminum railing surrounds the rear fishing area, and there is a swivel chair mounted on the raised rear deck. The vinyl top, side panels, and rear panels are in good shape. It sits on a Calkins tandem axel trailer. This well maintained 1979 Duckworth is ready to go fishing!

Google Turbocraft and learn about these first American Jet Boats. Real innovators for the time and very exclusive. John F. Kennedy owned one. Nikita Kruschev ordered one but may never have recieved it due to embargo. James Bond's girlfriend had a Turbocraft in the movies. Supposed to run in three inches of water but six is more realistic. Look for pictures on google of prototypes running the rapids of the Colorado River. Has a three stage Hamilton Pump which is a premium brand even on new Jet Boats. Powered by famous Intercepter marine power. Ideal restoration project but could be usable with much patina with relatively little financial investment. The transom is rock solid. The floors are not. Floor will need fiberglass repair or possibly replaced with wood. The stringers look good but probably need reinforcement around the motor mounts at least. All of the wood trim that touched the floor is bad also. The upholstery is brittle and cracked from age. The hull has a repair on the bottom about a foot in diameter--see pics. Apparently someone tried out the shallow water performance and failed. The repair looks adequate but amateur. Engine turns over by hand and looks super clean and low hours from looking in the oil fill hole in the rocker cover. The starter was bad but a rebuilt one is included not installed. The generator will probably need rebuilt or replaced. It is not currently installed. It appears to have been removed for access to the starter. It was a barn find for me years about eight years ago and it came home to my barn for another long slumber. The last sticker on the boat is 1993 I think but one for 1995 is in the dash. The jet drive had a crack when I bought it and that is why I think the previous owner parked it. I had the drive housing welded by a pro. See pic. I can text a closeup if needed. Also, I put new bearings in the front drive housing while it was out. Impellers and wear wings looked great. Drive is installed in boat but intake grate and driveshaft are not hooked up so you can turn the drive and inspect it thoroughly. The carbs are dual Carter sidedrafts and are in need of rebuild from sitting. Parts are available as they were also used on early Corvettes and the Corvair Turbo. The gas tank will be in need of cleaning or possible lining or replacement. The steering turns free. The throttle cable moves free but is unhooked at the carb linkage. The cable to the spotlight is stuck. The trailer will need new tires and bearings and lights. Ideally it would be hauled to its new home on a flatbed. I am capable of installing new parts for a fee if absolutely necessary. Boat is sold as is where is. I will answer questions to the best of my ability at 256-Eight Four Six-0831. Call or Text. This auction is for an ex Sheriff 22' Design concept pilot house jet boat. Actual measurement is aprox 23ft. It comes with a GM Panther 454 big block engine. Hamilton 212 jet drive. Engine equipped with an internal fresh water coolant system that prevent rust or salt water corrosion. This boat has only 140hr. It has been in the Sheriff storage for a long time. We have to replaced the fuel pump and rebuilt the carburetor. Engine starts and runs see actual video of the test run. The boat has an aluminum pilot house, storage compartment, bilge pumps, heater, and spots light, with flood lights in the back and front. It also have the plane out tap for both side of boat. The outside door handle is broken, the floor may need new cover. While removing all the police equipment from boat, the Sheriff personal accident cut the wrong wire and now the plane tap, heater, spots lights does not have power to them. I was able to get a few things work but don't have the time to go throught it completely. Any handy person can trace wires and get it to work again. The hull of the boat is solid without rusts, pitting or corrosion. Outside hull is in very good condition for it age. There are minor paint scratches on the side from docking and retrieving boat from water. The passenger and driver seat has shock absorb for smooth and comfortable drive. There are two bench seat behind passenger and driver with storage underneath. No rip or tear on driver, passenger and bench seat. Seat are in excellent condition. Trailer is in perfect condition with brake. This will make a great boat for Oregon, Washington, and Alaska upper river and ocean. You can fish in the winter in the comfort of a heated cabin. I can take you up river and over shallow water. No need for river logs and debris damaging your drive. Piece of mind and comfort. I have title of boat and trailer in hand to transfer to new owner.
