This is a truly unique vessel. She has been fully restored and refitted. Boat is a must see. She comes rigged superior to many boats in her class with; separate spinnaker and jib tracks, retracting spinnaker pole. The running rigging is brought back to the cockpit for easy handling through line clutches and new harken self tailing winches (6 total ST-40s & 60s). These are just a few of the features that make this an awesome vessel. A list of features of the boat is below, also if you have any questions feel free to email me and I will be happy to answer them. More pictures are available. Standing rigging and mast is new to the boat (2010) and engine is new (2011) 28hp Beta (marinized Kubota) The boat was in the water 2.5 years before I had to pull her out and store her on the hard to return to school. I began a process of retrofitting and improving some of her accessories having cruised her to the Chesapeake and back. Upgrades include diesel cabin heater, lengthened and reinforced companionway hatch, smaller engine box, electric anchor windlass. As projects go, one turned into another and I decided to strip the deck (then the hull) to repaint (paint was approaching 10 yrs old). Lots of sanding and fairing and the boat now is primed (545 epoxy primer) and faired smopoth ready for finish coat. Boat comes with a gallon of Awlcraft Royal Blue and Moondust (light beige) for the hull and deck which are the same colors the boat had on it. The boat is COMPLETE with ALL nuts and fasteners all in labeled bags with a diagram. The boat is disassembled and READY FOR PAINT and reassembly. Boat is already primed with Awlgrip 545 and finish sanded. This vessel continues to be a head turner and with a little diligent work will be back in the water by winter. The boat comes with a heavy duty cover in addition to the canopy pictured. These two things make all the difference when working in the Florida heat. Unfortunately my job has taken me to a place where no sailor wishes to go. . . a landlocked city, so the boat cannot accompany me and I am too far away to be able to finish her. As much as I hate to see her go, she has provided me some very fond memories and it's time for her to go to a new home. First $14,000 takes it all (new diesel motor, modern sails & rig, over-sized modern winches and the works) Inquire with questions, more photos available. I'm afraid I need to sell my Cal 22 sailboat. I bought this boat in the fall, and spent the winter making everything clean and safe. I inspected and tuned-up the mast, the hull, the upholstery, the electronics, etc.. She was launched 7 weeks ago. And unfortunately, 6 weeks ago my wife and kids decided that they hate sailing. This boat comes with a ton of extras, and a trailer. It can be easily trailed to anywhere you might wish with any kind of truck or SUV, and it draws no water. It has a 9.9 Honda that always starts, and also a very clean set of sails. The whole boat was professionally reupholstered a few years back. It has a West Marine dinghy, autopilot, stove, bbq, toilet. Because of it's length, berthing fees are cheap. I pay $100/month to berth in San Mateo. Insurance is also cheap. I pay $125/year to insure with Boat US, and $180/year for CA registration. I am happy to deliver this boat anywhere in California for a reasonable price. Here are the specifics:Motor: Honda 9.9, 5 gallon gas tank; recently cleaned and filled; 1 container of engine oilRudder: easily removable for trailering; new in 2002. Tiller: One is brand new and nicely varnished; the other is a spare; comes with a cover to protect the varnish; two telescoping tiller extensions; Autopilot: I'm not kidding. Who installs an autopilot on a 22 foot sailboat?Transom traveler: keeps the cockpit nice and cleanStanchions: Vey solid; guardrails were recently inspected and tightened; new guardrail covers come with the boat, as well as baby or pet netting. Sails: mainsail, jib, genoa, and spinaker, with two spinaker poles (all new in 2003; cost approx $2400)Boom/Mast: everything washed, inspected and lubed in April 2014. Nothing overlooked. Halyards runs smoothly. Has a excellent masthead windex.Lines: All halyards and sheets washed and inspected this past winter. Electronics: Compass and depth finder mounted permanently in boat. Electric system works nicely. There is a solar panel that trickle charges the 12v battery; this powers the autopilot, the masthead light, the bow and transom lights, the cabin lights, and depth finder. All connections look good.Navigation: GPS and chart plotter (via netbook)Docking: 2 fenders, several docks lines, 2 boat hooks.Anchors: two anchors, one brand new; chains inspected, cleaned and lubed in April 2014Bellow deck; nice, clean pillows and upholstery ($1872 project in 2011); new alcohol stove, water tank, sink, toilet, cooler, removable wood dining tableEmergency supplies: flares, fire extinguisher, fog hornWinches: Nice clean winches for the jib sheetJib Furler: This thing looks like overkill on a 22-footer, but is actually really convenient, especially when you're the only person on deck who can sail. Other: Bucket with boat cleaning supplies (soap, brushes, sponges, etc. . ..); West Marine inflatable dinghy, with 2 oars and lifting strapsPaperwork: Trailer registered with DMV; has a Permanent Trailer Identification card (registration never expires); Boat is registered until January 1, 2016. DMV charges $180/year. Boat is fully insured with Boat US. The policy costs me $125/yearComes with original CAL 22 owner's manual from 1987; and the Honda outboard motor manual Delivery: I could deliver her anywhere in California for a reasonable shipping fee. Thanks for looking. Call or write with questions. Geoff

All fuel drained and refilledwith fresh and stabilizer, oil drained and refilled, engine and strainer drainedand refilled with antifreeze, bilge cleaned, all lockers opened and cushions stood up,batteries on float charge, electronics removed etc....Comes with a great Roadrunner yard trailer. I use it to haul the boat the 12 miles between my home and the marina. It does a great job. However, If you're wanting to transport the boat a long distance on this trailer (over the road) it will need to be upgraded to a heavier weight capacity. I called Tri County Wheel & Tire in Northwood, OH. & Loadmaster Trailers in Port Clinton, OH. The price for 2 new 6000lbs complete axles with brakes, springs, complete hanger kit and 4 new tires and rims would be $1700 to $2000. plus installation about $400 then you would have a near new over the Road Trailer. If you don't need a Trailer at all, then I'll reduce the price of the boat $1500.00.

Condition: excellent size / dimensions: 31' L, 11' 4" W, draws 3.5' Beautiful, well-maintained, and enhanced wherever possible, this Allmand sloop is a steal. Originally Tim Allmand’s personal boat 1979, it has aesthetic touches not seen in any but the most expensive yachts. The interior is virtually all solid teak, including 3 6-panel doors, beautiful teak parquet floor throughout, teak side paneling, shelves, bulkheads and cabinets. The exterior has been maintained with yearly waxing, all woodwork varnished, bottom painting, and non-skid repainted. Updated with a brand new Lewmar Pro-series 1000 anchor windless, reupholstered cockpit cushions, and a new Garmin GPSMAP 440. Inboard Yanmar 3GM 27hp engine completely rebuilt in 2009. Both the rudder and steering wheel quadrant platform have been rebuilt with fiberglass. We bought this boat in 1991, after our third child was born, because of its spaciousness, comfort and safety. From day sailing, to cruising, and even anchoring in the open waters of Lake Erie, this boat has done it all and proven itself to be exceptional. During our cruises and trips along lake Erie, we've comfortable roomed with three children and all the provisions necessary to keep everyone happy, including: a weeks supply or more of food and drink, three inflatable kayaks with paddles, fishing tackle, board games, books, tapes to CDs, computers, and even collapsible bicycles for when we docked. And we've safely sailed, albeit unintentionally, in 50 kt. gales. As a tri-cabin it can comfortably sleep seven, two in each bed and one on the main cabin couch. All interior cushions are six inch foam. Each cabin can be completely closed off from each other, and has its own screened hatch. Throughout the boat there are seven opening screened ports, and on each side a large Plexiglas window. The kitchenette has a four burner stove, oven, working refrigerator which can make ice if turned on high, and loads of space for storing and preparing food. Additionally, the boat is equipped with a brand new 6g hot water heater, a shower hose in the head, 2 tank propane container, 2 new batteries, Kenwood AM/FM cassette player w. equalizer and interior/exterior speakers, automatic bilge pump and one manual pump in the cockpit/sail locker. The cockpit has a dodger and new Bimini with attachable heavy vinyl and mosquito netting side curtains, completely enclosing the cockpit making it a separate living space. Sail with your choice of 2 main sails, 2 jibs (150 and 120%) and a full spinnaker, and handle your sails with 2 self-tailing Barlow #25 winches, 4 Barlow #16 winches, 1 Barlow #16 on the mast for the main halyard, Harken Mark III roller furling genoa, and a Harken self-tending mainsheet traveler. Cockpit instruments include: GPS, depth sounder, knot meter/log, new Uniden Solara DSC VHF radio and Autohelm 3000.

I have for sale a 1995 Macgregor 26S. Nice trailer sailor in good condition. Has a lot of extras. 2006 Honda 9.9 outboard 80 hours. canvas for pop top. extra head sail. roller furler. clean interior. please e mail or call for more info. please include the word bicycle as the subject. These are great tailersailers. Instead of having a solid keel withh a 5ft draft that is completely confined to a specific sailing area, this type of boat has a water balast system and a swing centerboard. Basicly there isa tank in the bottom of the boat that fills with 1200lbs of water and that is what keeps the boat righted. This allows the boat to be pulled out of the water with a basic boat trailer, the water drained out, drop the mast, and take it home. That is the biggest reason most people buy these boats.....they do not have to be confined to a slip all year and pay a travel lift to pull it out of the water and then pay for storage. I have a video of me sailing this boat. This boat is in good shape for a 20 year old boat. It has a new radio and speakers, depth sounder, and wiring. Has roller furing, traveler, 2 head sail, pop top cover, nice cusions, new rub rail,, nice honda 9.9, new bottom paint last may. This boat is in the water and ready to sail right now, I will be happy to take anyone interested for a sail. As with any boat there are things that need work. The only 2 things that I know of with this boat is the VHF needs the antena hooked up, and the 100 jib that is on it is in fine shape but the UV cover is coming unstitched.

1986 Hans Christian HANSA 33 CUTTER This cutter is from the highly respected Taiwan yard of the Hansa Yacht and Shifbau.  A  Two owner boat, that was originally purchased to run in the Pacific Cup race to Hawaii. The first owner was a top rate sailor and craftsman. After the race, which it finished second, the boat had low use and was shipped from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe where it could only be used about 4 months out of the year. It was later shipped to Newport beach and sold to the current owner. Both owners have showed exceptional maintenance programs on this yacht. Many years in fresh water kept the bottom free of any osmotic problems, and none are noted in the last survey.  Currently, the yacht is moored in Marina Del Ray with a assumable slip. The boat is equipped with Raymarine new touch screen 48 mile  radar which includes all functions available. Also has AIS and full seatalk system plus cockpit repeaters. This system allows full system access by an I pad so interior repeater is not required. All other electronics are in top shape. A highly custom Iverson dodger with strata glass was aided in the last year. Check the photo section for this, it is a beauty with all the rails needed to make the yacht safe. A double purchase control has been added to the traveler for easy adjustment, and the sail main sheet is set at the stern of the yacht. There are so many custom features, you will need to see the boat to appreciate her. So let me know when you would like to see it.     The interior is in very fine condition and well kept at all times. The mast has been reconditioned in the last year and new hard track and a stack pack with new lazy Jacks to make main sail furling a easy chore. All winches have been reworked and lubricated, the rig is a tall rig that is 9 foot higher than the normal 33 to allow more speed and performance. The sails were custom made for the boat in San Francisco, and the standard sails that came with the boat are still available as a second backup set. The sails on the boat now show little use.  This boat shows very well and the varnish is perfect. The engine has been maintained by one of the top mechanics in the Southern California area, and no money has been spared to keep the yacht in as close to Bristol condition as can be expected of a 28 year old vessel.  Prepare to be impressed when you see this boat in person. We are well aware that the Hans Christian is not for everyone, and we are happy that it is not. This boat needs a sailor that loves boats and understands the the cost of a yacht that can take you anywhere in the world needs proper maintenance that the coastal yachts that have little maintenance and not to much character.  Call soon if you meet the above criteria. Please, serious buyers only.
