2012 Crownline E4 A well cared for 2012 Crownline E4 "Eclipse series" deck boat with the extreme razor package. It has always been stored under cover. The keel and bottom of the boat are virtually scratch free. The only thing wrong is a chip on one of the steps as you come through the transom and the padded material is coming up on that step, but I have the replacement pad for it. This boat has every option that I know of that was available for a 2012 Crownline E4. It has the aluminum wake board tower that will fold down, adjustable wake board racks on either side of it, bow and cockpit cover, bimini top, upgraded wet sounds speaker package which includes 4 speakers on the tower, a subwoofer, 6 cabin speakers, and a huge amplifier that makes this one of the best sounding stereo's I've ever heard. The engine is a 6.2 liter (377 cubic inch) which is the largest available for the E4 and it is still under warranty. The lower unit is a Bravo 3 with stainless counter rotating dual props. A convenient lower unit transom switch is on the back of the boat so you can raise and lower it while standing behind the boat. You have the option with the captains call exhaust to let the engine be quiet or flip a switch and send the exhaust out each side of the boat through some stainless steel pipes to really make this boat rumble and sound great. It also has the dining table with mounts, the bow filler cushion, hot tub style front bow seats with flip up armrests. These are the most comfortable seats on the boat and the best place to ride. It has docking lights and courtesy lights with remote that will light up the entire interior of the boat and make night time use really handy. It has an enclosed head with light, sink and heavy duty toilet with vacuum out tank. All this and it comes with a tandem axle matching trailer with surge brakes and a spare tire. There is way too many options to write them all here, so look at the two picture I took of the build sheet. They show everything this boat has. Altogether the MSRP on this boat was $98,752. Plus this boat comes with some extras that I was able to get my hands on. They include: new extreme razor decals for both sides of the boat, new transom switch, new transom stereo control head, the complete set of moon rock swim deck, step through, and bow deck pad material, and a trim tab control unit. Does not currently have trim tabs.

1982 Etchells E22 YOUNG AMERICA is a uniquely customized Etchells E22 built to mimic the look of the iconic WINDWARD PASSAGE. She was constructed in 1982 by Ontario Yachts, as hull # 571. Lengthy refit and customization took place at the Yacht Works, Inc. yard in Door County Wisconsin. Her owner is an extremely fastidious yachtsman who demands the best. YOUNG AMERICA is configured to be single-handed. A below deck jib furler and Harken Magic Box facilitate easy handling. A cockpit control center is built on a mid-cockpit Sampson post. The forward dash panel houses an Autohelm Tri Data, wind instrument and Raytheon GPS. Sails have only two very limited seasons on them and are main, jib and spinnaker. A 12 volt marine battery, maintained by a solar charger, powers the Autohelm auto pilot, running lights, cockpit lights, automatic bilge pump and stereo. She also has a manual bilge pump. Original floor boards were replaced with a teak cockpit deck. Topsides and decks are AwlGrip and a heavy duty trailer built for her round out the extensive feature list for this beautiful yacht. Heavy duty fiberglass and built to last. I've owned the boat for 2.5 years and used it as a "8 Night a month liveaboard" as I was a commuting airline pilot. I also sailed her about 2-4 times a month on average and she sails beautifully. The bottom paint is due, but I had her scraped monthly since I've owned her. They tell me it still looks surprisingly good. The mainsail is original and needs to be replaced. It can still be used for recreational sailing, but anything more than a day trip, you're going to want a new mainsail. This is a good old boat and will bring years of fun. I paid 11,500 for her and since I bought her I've spent about 6,000 on the following Installed the radar Installed the battery charger system and 3 new batteries Organized the electrical system Installed a bluetooth audio system Repaired a badly water damaged top hatch Repaired the wheel steering system and installed metal support braces to augment the rusting and damaged steering mounts below deck. Purchased a dinghy Installed an AC Refrigerator The bad Needs a mainsail eventually, could use a bottom paint, deck paint is starting to flake and can use a sand repaint, needs a propane line for the stove easy, big time rust on the dinghy davits. They should be removed and replaced. It can probably use a haul and refit of thru hull fittings and valves. I'm very sad to part with her, but I've taken a new job and am leaving the area. We are putting up our "vansion" for sale to help it find a family that will love it as much as we have. The only reason we are selling it is for the money to finish up a classic car and since we already have a camping trailer have decided to this one go. It is a 1996 Ford E-150 with a strong V8 Triton 5.7 litre engine. The engine was rebuilt about 30k miles ago and is has 191,xxx miles on the vehicle. It runs very strong and has the heavy duty heads for towing. The van features 4 captains chairs, a bench seat that folds out into a bed, tons of cupboards for storage, a sink, mini fridge, A/C unit, microwave, tv, dvd, toilet and shower! It has a tow package and new tires. It has a clean Nevada title in hand and is just a very unique cool vehicle. It was professionally converted into a motorhome by a Chicago company that transforms large vans into motorhomes so has been professionally done. One of the great things about it is it can be dual registered as either a van or motorhome, which ever is cheaper for you to insure or register!
