2001 Heritage East 36 Sundeck This vessel is truly MINT.  While a lot of advertisements say MINT, it is rare to find a boat that has been kept in this excellent condition.  She is very well equipped and shows great.  The 36 Heritage East has no ladders.  There are steps from the swim platform and to the bridge making access very easy.  This boat is ready to cruise or live aboard.  She is very economical (3.5 MPG) with the Cummins diesel and easy to handle with the bow thruster.

1988 COASTAL Hardtop Cruiser       The 24' Coastal Cruiser is a Nauset Marine built boat and has a proud heritage of custom building classic Down East powerboats that were built to meet the specific needs of their customers. Designed by Royal Lowell and built in Orleans, MA in 1988; she is a hand laid up fiberglass hull and deck with a beige colored gel-coat and blue bottom painted hull.         The 24'Coastal Cruiser is a semi-displacement hull with a full keel and skeg to protect the propeller in the tradition of a New England Bass Boat. There is a stainless steel bow rail for safety and a stainless steel wheel using a teleflex cable for steering.       The 230 HP Mercruiser gasoline engine was completely rebuilt in 2003 and is housed in an insulated deck engine box and had it's two new exhaust risers replaced in 2014. The hour meter shows 1,100 original hours of run time. The helm area includes a Captain & Companion seat which folds down and out of the way if desired. The self-bailing cockpit is enclosed by a hardtop with Isinglass side curtains along with a solid teak windshield. The vessel is equipped with two 12 V batteries and master switch along with two 36 gallon aluminum fuel tanks. The vessel is also equipped with a newer 12 V bilge pump and built-in Halon automatic fire extinguisher system. Original Radar, GPS, Depthfinder and VHF should be upgraded for optimal chart plotter and fish finder functions.
