A user informed me that this is most likely a Iota 12, Catboat, (Frostbiter) from 1989. There were only 8 made by http://brucekirbymarine.org Bruce Kirby Marine. Bruce Kirby is an Olympic and America's Cup sailor. Possibly the most prolific boat and yacht designer of all time with over 60 boats. According to US Coast Guard built by Stur-Dee Boat Company of Tiverton, Rhode Island.
