A recent survey was interrupted by attending buyer over loose stanchions on rail for sundeck and water and oil in bilge areas at engine compartment and moisture in two stringers. No written survey. The vessel has been stored indoors Winters since purchase in 2018. The Rep walked the sun deck and the aft deck and there are no soft spots. The seller is including an extra driveshaft and two additional propellers. The cabin is in better-than-expected condition. There are spots of rust identified at the base of a couple of supports for the deck rail chrome but they are in good condition. There is no evidence of water infiltration through portholes or through bolts. Ceiling padding is in good condition. Upholstery in better-than-expected condition. Camper canvas and isinglass in good condition and zipper and snap enclosures work well. The seller suspects a breaker wiring issue with the autopilot and hour meters which are not operational but otherwise electronics are in working order. Four Years ago the seller added a new battery charger, new exhaust elbow on the starboard engine, new chart-plotter, new VHF fixed and portable, new toilets, new air conditioner pump, new water pump, new fridge, new carpet in main salon, and a new LED TV in the main salon. At the same time the swim platform was rebuilt and also the bow pulpit. The Engine hold and aft bilge both showed evidence of engine oil. Two personal inspection and one by a friend who is a diesel mechanic, evaluated the presencesof oil on both engines and suspect there is need for head gasket on both Detroit Diesels. Seller Diesel mechanic who performed compression check of the engines and reported "fine shape" Seller has scheduled mechanic to evaluate the source of the oil leak and is scheduled on or around the first of September 2023. The U-shaped galley has a two-burner electric stove and a newer stainless steel refrigerator, kitchen sink and cabinets. A large dinette area features a table which can seat 6 and converts to a queen-size berth. Once anchored recreation includes swimming from the swim platform, fishing from the aft deck or sun bathing from the forward sundeck with sun pads and carpet for the aft deck included. 2007 Meridian 459 Motoryacht UPPER AND LOWER DECK.The 459 Meridian is a large motor yacht with an integrated swim platform with a storage box transom door, access door to the Glendenning and transom shower. In the cockpit are port and starboard molded boarding steps that also act as storage for lines and fenders. Access to the lazarette, Onan generator in a sound shield, batteries and stern thruster are through the cockpit sole. You can also slide the patio style doors open and walk into the aft master stateroom from the cockpit. You walk up some molded step to the aft deck. The aft deck is covered with a fiberglass hardtop, you will see that there is an aft seat with a table, wing door son either side of the aft deck there is also a wet bar with an ice maker, sink and storage. At the upper bridge is an L-shape seat on the starboard side and on the opposite side of the bridge is a Norcold fridge with a jump seat in front of it . The Captain seat is a bucket style seat. At the helm is a tilt wheel, clean controls and throttles, the wood veneer dash is in good condition and so are the rocker switches and gauges. For electronics we have a Northstar 6000I a Northstar pilot and a Raymarine depth and a Horizon VHF and Danforth compass. The 459 also has the docking on command. This area is covered with a canvas top and all the eisenglass is in good condition. She has a good walk around, there are sun pads for the bow area. At the bow is a Lewmar windlass, foot controls and bow light. MASTER STATEROOMMater Stateroom has the sliding patio doors so you can step in and out of the cockpit into the stateroom. The room has decent storage, with cupboards and pull out drawers. The head and the shower are split with a vanity and sink in the middle both the shower and the head have solid privacy doors. The owners stateroom also has a solid door. The room has speakers, cabin lights, A/C panel and carpet through out. SALONThe salon is roomy and bright thanks to the large windows. The Cherry veneer finish looks good and the carpet look good. On the port side in the salon is a triple wide sofa, two of the seats convert into a bed and the other is a Lazyboy. The electrical panel is on the aft bulkhead next to the TV and Samsung DVD. There are two salon air conditioning panels and on the starboard side in the salon is another small sofa with storage under it and a salon table.
