It draws 3 feet 6 inches of water. This vessel was manufactured in Monticello, Kentucky by Boat Werks LLC in 2006. It is 880 square feet on the main floor with three bedrooms, one office, and two full baths with showers. The living areas have hardwood floors throughout. There is an upper and lower bridge. Equipment includes Lowrance GPS, depth sounders, and fly by wire joystick controls. These control a pair of Mercruiser V6 engines with Mercruiser Bravo 3 drives. The hull has both bow and stern thruster. There is a complete state of the art electrical system installed in the vessel. For entertainment, there is a 42’ flat screen TV. Cable is available. The boat has a marine dish. The main level has both front and rear patios. The boat comes with a magnificent outdoor swimming pool. The electrical power is provided by 10 kilowatt generator / genset. The boat is fully furnished, all of which is included in the sale price. Due to a handling problem in transport, the engines were damaged. Two new engine and sterndrive packages were installed by the current owner and have approximately 150 hours each TTSN. This vessel is capable of being transported by truck anywhere in North America. For shipment to the United States, it can be delivered to Warroad, Minnesota.

1987 Gibson Houseboat, 1987 Gibson Standard Up for sale is a very nice 1987 36 foot Gibson Standard Houseboat with a Volvo Penta Inboard Outboard with under 700 hours. There is room to sleep 6 with plenty of room and more if needed. The boat has a kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink and more. The boat has a head (bathroom) with toilet and shower with a holding tank on board. The cuddy cabin sleeps two (or more) and is a great use of space. We have two kids and they both hang out and sleep down there (see pics). The parlor has a nice couch that folds out to a bed that can sleep two. The back cabin has a nice bed and night stand. A new Air Conditioner / Heater was installed last summer and only used a couple times. The boat stays nice and cool in the summer and plenty warm in the cooler months. There is a gas grill that stays on the boat and the back window slides opens so you can serve burgers and brats right inside to the family or off the back deck in the cove to your new lake friends. The boat has been well cared for and is located in Sullivan Marina, Sullivan Illinois just outside of Skeeters Restaurant on Lake Shelbyville. Slip Rent is $1,400.00 and is paid up through October.
