The J30 is known as one of the best all around performance sailboats to ever come out of the Johnstone Yachts Stable. The fractional rig design makes sail trim easy and the light weight, rugged hull has certainly withstood the test of time. The 20 hp Yanmar Diesel is a tested workhorse for those windless afternoons and this one was rebuilt 4 years ago. There is a full inventory of sails including , #1, #2 and #3 Headsails as well as three Spinnakers and Main . The J30 has 4 berths that sleep 4 comfortably, a Head, Nav Station and a Galley as well. Most Importantly, if you enjoy a cockpit shower consisting of a Random Rainstorm and a Cooler that is limited only by the amount of your friends filling it, then this J30 is for you! 1979 J Boats J/30 Mojo is a time-tested racer, but she can go cruising too. Some sails replaced 10 years ago. Nice interior. The knotmeter may not operate properly. The wind speed/direction does not operate. The hull core bottom has some moisture amidships. The transom core is water saturated and delaminated at the top, near the top gudgeon and the vent fitting, for two to three square feet. There is some small area of delamination in the fore deck, at the vent fitting. This is a lot of boat for the low asking price.

The multiport fuel injected Volvo Penta 5.7 GXi DuoProp delivers 320 hp and a top speed of nearly 40 mph depending on conditions. While out on the water, choose between above the water open headers or the quieter at the prop exhaust with the installed Imco Sound Advantage exhaust system. A triple axel trailer from Extreme Trailers is used to transport this floating powerhouse to and from the lake. The L Group Standard Stern seating configuration with an added Captains chair companion seat makes spending a day on the water on this TriToon relaxing and memorable. Youll be comfortable all summer long under the expansive shade provided by the dual 16.5 foot bimini tops. Hide from the sun or catch some raysa great day on the water. Ample storage spaces, an upright built-in cooler, in-deck ski storage a full swim platform and a generous amount of seating space make it easy to entertain guests or take the family and their friends (20 person capacity) out for a remarkable and fun day on the lake.
