Call 505-867-6736 for more information.This vessel is licensed and moored in Wah Weap Harbor of Lake Powell NRA, near Page, Arizona, with a moorage agreement with the National Park Service concessionaire Aramark, a separate mechanical agreement with Bulldog Boat Repair and tender service with Boat Management Services in Page, Arizona, all to make your time on Lake Powell worry free.The weeks of July 6-13,July 13-20, Aug 31-Sep 7, Sept 7-14 are currently available for ownership. This is your opportunity to own one or even two weeks in a row at one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.There are two full decks with deck furniture, shade bimini, and wind/sun screens. In addition, there is a sub-deck below the main deck with sufficient head-room (crawl space) for storage of equipment and trip supplies. Twin fuel efficient 135 hp MercCruiser 3.0 L engines provide propulsion to twin I/O drives. MicroCommander controls provide state-of-the-art digital electronic shift and throttle. The engine room also contains a recently new Westerbeke 10 KW generator to allow for 110-volt electrical service throughout the vessel. Fuel capacity is 480 gallons, which will allow a two-week cruise 100 miles up lake. A 3000 Amp hour battery bank and Inverter Unit store and convert generator electricity. Additional electrical power is derived from a 14 panel solar array. A Vetus Bow Thruster provides additional lateral control.This vessel is equipped with a complete galley with a large freezer/ refrigerator, complete propane cook stove and range, microwave, wash sink, and all the standard appliances, dishes and utensils expected in a home. Additionally, a full sized BBQ and deep freeze are located on the forward deck. Fresh water (meets all applicable codes of the Safe Drinking Water Law) is stored in a 100-gallon tank. Wash water (hot and cold), is drawn from the lake with a separate pump. Two 'heads' (bathrooms--toilets and washbasin) with separate waste tanks are of sufficient size to serve a crew of 12 for a full week. A propane furnace for rarely needed heating, two AC units for cooling and ceiling fans provide temperature control. Additionally, it has the requisite marine electronics for communication and navigation.
