West Marine (Zodiac) 8' 4" inflatable boat and Johnson Outboard Motor (5HP) set. Details: Zodiac 8 foot 4 inch inflatable boat (1999) with removable hard floor (several sections,) with Johnson 5 HP outboard motor (1998) model J5REE S/N 15008328, Mfg, Waukegan, Illinois, U.S.A. Used for 4 summer seasons in Connecticut waters as a boat tender/dinghy in fresh, brackish, salt water. Purchased the boat new July 1999 @ West Marine, Clinton, Connecticut and purchased the outboard motor new at Atlantic Outboards, Westbrook, Connecticut. Inflatable boat may have an extremely slow leak in one of the air chambers. Takes a week or so to notice. A quick pump up tops off the air pressure easily. Would like to sell as a bundle but would consider splitting the inflatable boat and motor as separate sales. Package price: $950.00 (boat and motor together with all accessories.) Separate pricing - Inflatable Boat: $500.00 (with 2-oars, anchor & line, patch kit.) Johnson Outboard Motor: $700.00 (with external fuel tank and fuel line.) Not used since 2001. Stored in dry basement in Connecticut. Lunched and tested the boat and motor set at Cape Cod on a single day in spring of 2013 for a few hours of play on Pleasant Bay (Orleans). The boat ran great. Tested the Johnson outboard motor on 10/5/2014 in a stationary fresh water barrel. Started easily. Ran up to operating temperature and checked for proper cooling system operation - A-okay. Shifted through Reverse to Neutral and Forward and prop engaged A-okay. Motor still runs great.

The original Yanmar 3JH2E engine has 1080 hours on her. The wind, nav, depth, and autopilot are B&G instruments. Radar is Furuno. Has a Maxwell windless. Has a Heart Interface Freedom 25 converter/30A-battery charger. Put in 5 new batteries in 2016. Solar Panel to trickle charge battery bank #1. Has a Nauti Kold cold box that works great and is very efficient. Has a Cruisair air conditioning system that has been keeping things nice and cool (new in 2009). Flat screen TV, DVD player, and AM/FM CD player. There are 24 aluminum folding steps that have been mounted all the way up to the mast head to make single handed maintenance a lot easier. Two extremely special Island Packet name and logo stainless steel fancy step plates were installed to make going aboard on the port or starboard side, that much more special. Purchased in 2003, upgraded and always kept everything in excellent condition until 3 years ago when I stopped sailing. Since then, I periodically run the engine at the dock, keep up on bottom cleaning, and keep a/c running 24/7. The engine runs great. The transmission is stuck in forward (not the cable). The trans never had a problem before this period of me not using my boat. The bow-thruster needs replacing (a great feature to have). Original sails are in good shape but sheet lines could use replacing. The Bimini Top is removed due to a rip and the zipper becoming unstitched. Dodger's plastic windows are foggy. Inside teak is beautiful but the outside teak needs the remaining varnish removed and reapplied. The complete interior looks brand new and has no foul smells. The bottom needs repainting. I got an estimate of $3811 to replace the bow thruster. Bottom paint job and a boat haul have cost about $1000 in the past. I guesstimate to remove, repair, and install the transmission could cost about $2500. I choose to Document (thru the US Coast Guard) this IP-350 in 2003 versus titling it in the state because of these advantages:1- Provides clear history of ownership and priority when obtaining a loan.2- Affords international rights, privileges, and protections when in international waters, 3- Easier and less expense of ownership and cost to transfer of ownership, and of course no need to deal with DMV.4- Required for certain usages, Additionally includes: Unused 8.5' dingy purchased in 2014 and has Mercury outboard that can store on a IP-350's stern rail mount. Both have been stored indoors. All manuals and documents for every component, kept well filed in an Island Packet documents bag. All receipts and files from time of purchase in 2003. Two large plastic bins that contain lots and lots of spare maintenance parts. New condition and unused spare dodger (but in yellow). Sail bags, 10 one inch thick dock lines, life jackets, dock poles, grill that mounts at stern, safety equipment and much more. Additionally includes: 8.5' dingy purchased in 2014 and has Mercury outboard that can store on a IP-350's stern rail mount. Both have been stored indoors. Outboard serviced and clean carburetor in 2015. All manuals and documents for every component, kept well filed in an Island Packet documents bag. All receipts and files from time of purchase in 2003. Two large plastic bins that contain lots and lots of new spare maintenance parts. New condition and unused spare dodger (but in yellow). Sail bags, 10 one inch thick dock lines, life jackets, dock poles, grill that mounts at stern, safety equipment and much more. 1982 Stamas 44, This is a Stamas 44 ketch center cockpit, designed and built by Bob Johnson, who went on to design and build Islands Packet sailboats.A/C, bow thruster, 100 hp new engine, custom woodwork in salon, 1000 hr house bank...This boat looks, and is built, like an Island Packet - a true, heavily built fiberglass bluewater boat capable of sailing around the world. The salon has a lot of headroom, and huge wrap around windows for a sailboat. The original owner took out the original windows, and had a custom steel frame installed with half inch plexiglass windows.Master aft cabin with head and dedicated shower, and v-berth with it's own head and shower. Both heads recently rebuilt. New macerator pump and thru hull. 320 gallon fresh water tank. 110 gallon diesel fuel tank. 30 gallon holding tank.98 lockers onboard. The boat has a tall freeboard, carries her 14 foot beam a long way aft, and has tonnes of storage room. Great cruiser. She's 22.5 gross tonnes, 30 000 pounds displacement, 14 beam, 5'1" draft, and fits under the ICW bridges at around 63 feet tall. She spent most of her life in Lake Ontario Canada's fresh water, and I brought her south three years ago after buying her from my parents. It's been in the family for the last 18 years, and has had over $200 000 spent on her in the last ten years upgrading and adding to her. Some upgrades include; new yanmar 100 horsepower turbo diesel ($25k), bowthruster ($17k), rack and pinion steering ($17k), new Mack headsail and mizzen sail ($12k), new feathering prop ($6500), custom interior woodwork, wood floors installed, new Atkins and Hoyle davits 750 pounds limit, avon 11'2" dinghy and 20 horsepower Honda outboard (2003), new frigoboat deep fridge/freezer, ceramic stovetop, washer/dryer, bar fridge, new raymarine autopilot with handheld remote, new hot water heater, new inverter/charger, bilge pumps, all batteries new (11), 10 year old 16500 btu air conditioner barely used until this year, new air conditioning water pump and service, new foam and upholstery, cockpit cushions, center console, windmeter, rockna anchor and chain, electrical panel and wiring for a large part of the boat, high power alternator, new bottom paint ( professionally sanded down to gel coat, two coats hard, four coats ablative ), new engine room blowers, and a honda eu2000 generator, new faucets etc etc, Needs the outside teak redone at this point, though I'll be doing that before too long, the bimini top is on its last legs, and at least needs new stitching. If you want to come see her, we could arrange for you to stay in the V-berth. We're in Miami Beach marina, in South Beach Miami Beach. We could also have a skype walk around tour of sorts beforehand. $145000

I purchased this boat in September 2014. Everything listed below has been completed since then. It's truly turnkey and has been extensively restored and updated.Buying a house and wouldn't mind having some extra cash on hand for that. Both the boat and motor are 1999 models. This is one of the best 17' boats I've ever been on. Rides extremely well and dry for its size and will still get into a foot of water. The motor is a 60 degree v4 Johnson, one of the best power to weight ratios for any 90 hp motor made. Excellent reputation for reliability.$9800Willing to negotiate on the price and/or the removal of expensive accessories like the trolling motor, electronics, etc.Clean titles in handLocated in Charleston, SC843-697-0411- Has never had bottom paint- Hours I estimate to be 3-400. There is no hour meter on the boat but it looks to have had very little use prior to me purchasing it.- Cruises at about 25 knots, tops out at 34 knots.- It has been dry stacked all year on the Ashley River, and currently shows a scum line. I'll have it washed, waxed, detailed, etc. for a new owner.Fuel System (all completed late 2014):- Replaced all fuel fill, vent, and feed lines and hose clamps.- Replaced fuel tank pickup fitting. - Replaced fuel primer bulb.- Installed Racor 320R fuel/water separator.Electrical (completed late 2014 - early 2015):- Stripped all wiring and switches and completely rewired the boat.- Installed Blue Sea 12 circuit fuse block with ground bus- Installed Blue Sea main circuit breaker- Installed Blue Sea battery switch- Relocated the batteries to the console and installed two group 24 Exide Edge AGM dual purpose batteries.- Installed new anchor light receptacle and new anchor light- Installed two Lumitec Andros LED courtesy lights on the console.Motor (completed fall 2015):- New power pack, coils, plug wires, and spark plugs- New thermostats and thermostat housing covers- New lower unit seals, water pump, and gear case oil- New seals and oil for the tilt and trim- Stainless prop- Even compression +/- 120 psi, last checked early fall 2015. I have a gauge and will run a compression check if you want, or bring your own mechanic to check it out.Electronics (all installed early 2015)- Garmin 70dv 7" touch screen combo unit (chartplotter/gps, tradition sonar, downvu sonar)- Standard Horizon GX1200B DSC VHF radio, DSC function is wired to the Garmin for GPS position for the radio. Has a 36" stainless Shakespeare antenna with a stainless ratchet mount.- Milennia PRV16 gauge hole AM/FM radio with AUX input, with two SPK652 6.5" speakersMisc. Accessories (completed 2015):- Minn Kota iPilot ST55 54" shaft w/ quick release mount. Brand new wiring, Blue Sea breaker, and plug installed.- Installed Northstar group 31 AGM trolling motor battery, located in bow storage compartment.- Bennett M80 hydraulic trim tabs.- Stick It anchor pin, 10' one piece- Installed additional rod holders, has a total of 7 vertical holders plus the 4 gunwale mounted ones.- Bow cushion out of a dual console 17' Sea Hunt- Navy blue bimini top- 6 life jackets and a throw-able, flares, dock lines, fenders, etc.- Garelick sport (white powder coat) dive ladder w/ stainless bracket, not installed yet but goes with the boat.Trailer:- Wesco single axle aluminum- Has some rust and corrosion on the cross members that needs replaced- It came from a Sea Pro and has been adjusted for the Sea Hunt. Needs some more adjusting though following the replacement of cross members.- Has new tire / wheelsInoperable Items:- Fuel gauge- Trim gauge
