This Ocean 55 Supersport is in good conditon on the outside, and good condition on the inside. The superstructure has been rolled and tipped. It looks nice. The inside is in nice shape, has been cleaned and is ready to cruise. The seller had the engines refurbished top to bottom in 2018. They start right up with no smoke. The genset has a rebuilt gen head and runs like a top. It just came out of the boat yard, with new bottom paint and zincs. Bottom is in great shape. Stock #354757 1989 OCEAN SUPER SPORT. READY FOR THE NEXT ADVENTURE. This Ocean Super Sport 55 Sportfish is a serious fishing machine. It is also a very comfortable cruiser. The salon is spacious,with comfortable seating. The master stateroom is all the way forward and has an island queen. Four closets and a full head in the forepeak complete the accommodations. This is my 91 year old grandfather's boat. He probably should have sold it years ago, although IT WAS NOT NEGLECTED, especially when it came to the motor. Selling for my Dad his 1978 14' Aluminum Starcraft with trailer. Boat has Bimini top, new seats, new carpet and rebuilt flooring. Also has full length storage cover. Has only been used in fresh water and always stored indoors during fall and winter. For sale is a Trim Tilt Assembly for earlier 55HP -115HP Evinrude and Johnson outboard motors This unit has been fully rebuilt and upgraded to allow easy replacement using current parts available without the expense of paying high dollars for OEM replacement parts which are hard to find 1. The motor and pump assembly has been replaced with a newer affordable unit 2. Both pistons have been completely rebuilt and the ends have been drilled to accept a more available bushing from most hardware stores and online 3. The Pivot bolts have been replaced with a easier to obtain shoulder bolts and the lower pins have been retained with the original ones. 4. All lines and fittings for the pump assembly to pistons are new and available at most speed shops and Ebay along with many other sources. 5. The new pump pressure and pistons were tested and is suitable to operate the trim assembly as required 6. I am selling my excellent condition 2003 18' center console on a EZ-loader galvanized trailer. The engine is a Johnson 115 four stroke model number J115PL4ST. There is no engine hour meter but I would estimate between 400 - 500 hours. This boat was fresh water from the previous owner up until I bought it two year ago, then I have had it in a slip in Amesbury in brackish/fresh water (depending on the tide). I just had it barrier coated and bottom painted last year because it was in the water for the season. There is excellent storage for a smaller boat. I added another access door to the console to provide more storage under the console. I have all service records and recipts for work done, with the exception of winterizing and then tune up in spring because I do that work myself. All the seat cushions are in great shape and it has a cooler with padded seat that mounts in front of the console. All the lights, switches, etc work properly. I have all the oil, spark plug, fuel filters, etc that go with it for this springs tune up. I have maintained this boat exceptionally well and it shows. The only reason I am selling it is because I purchased a bigger boat. ** I HAVE THE CLEAR TITLE FOR THE BOAT AND TRIAILER** ** I have all manuals for boat and electronics and service manual for engine ** **if you would like additional pictures please provide your email address in your response** FULL DISCLOSURE- 1)one trim tab arm needs to be replaced, not the tab itself, just the arm. Part cost is $85 and it connects with 4 screws, very easy change. I just discovered this when I pulled the boat. 2) a seal is leaking on the hydraulic tilt motor and is causing the motor to not go up and down at this time. I also discovered this when I pulled the boat and asked my mechanic about it. He said it is common and you can get a seal rebuild kit for $100 3)there was one area on the back top rail that had a gel coat repair, and a small gelcoat and rub rail scratch on one side, just cosmetic only.
