The exterior of the vessel looks to be in good condition and is free of any major issues. The deck and the hull paint are in better-than-expected condition considering the age of the vessel. 1981 C&C Yachts C&C 41,This boat is the C&C 41 Redline mold that was purchased by Capital Yachts and produced as a Newport 41. I state this upfront because I am posting as a C&C on boat trader because this is the likely audience to be interested in this vessel as the C&C 41 and the Newport 41 are synonymous. In the pricing of the SV "Kaze" I looked at C&C 41's around the Internet. Most are offered between $69K - 85K. Various levels of equipment and condition. I took the lower range of 69K, applied a 25% discount for the vessel being produced as a Newport resulting in my price of 51,500. A tall rig with a massive J area. There are 2 headsails an 85% and a 160% the 160 is great in the San Juan's where most of our cruising is done. The aux is a universal diesel 40hp with about 1700 hours. Nice engine runs well. 6.5 knots or 6 knots towing a dinghy. "Kaze" by the way has always been here in the San Juan's. The main sail is in fair condition and the head sails are good. There is a dodger and Bimini in green. The deck has been changed from off white to a gray non skid. At the helm there is a folding wheel and full instrumentation. GPS chart plotter, radar, ray marine sea talk auto helm and 2 depth sounders. I have found this setup to work quite well. If a potential purchaser does not want or care about this electronics package. I am happy to have it all professionally removed and give you a discount further. This equipment makes pleasant long passages and short handed sailing. The design below is the standard design. V berth 2 hanging lockers and a linen cabinet. Head is large and we essentially use half of the head as a closet. The salon has a U shaped settee that easily sits 6. The settee also makes to a double berth. The couch across from the settee is a comfortable single berth. The double berth aft in my opinion is only a double berth for children. Otherwise a single berth. The interior is warm with lots of wood, nice lead glass cabinet doors, good stowage and light. Very comfortable area for lounging. Oil lamps, wood burning stove for heat on the hook should you like. The galley consists of a double sink H/C pressure water, propane 3 burner stove / oven and deep ice box. I did add a small 12 volt refrigerator under the nav station. One interior caveat I will make is the headroom is about 6'1". So this may not be a boat for tall people.The cockpit is roomy and has one very deep lazzerette with lots of room and one shallow lazzerette. There are 2 propane lockers aft with 2 10# tanks one for the cabin and one plumbed for the BBQ. "Kaze" is well equipped for cruising the islands and all equipment and tools stay with the boat. Including a very nice Honda iu 2000 generator which we use on the hook. 2 sets of ground tackle. I will include moorage until May 2017. $51500

1989 C-Hawk 245 Pilot House Brand new to the market is this completely re manufactured 1989 C-Hawk 245 Pilothouse. A two year restoration project was completed in November 2013 at the cost of $80k. She was refitted with a Yamaha F250 Four Stroke and Command Link at both upper and lower helms and to date has only 57 Hours mounted to a new Stainless Marine 30" Transom Bracket. The deck and hull were stripped of everything and she was sandblasted and prepped for an Awlgrip finish. A new 125 Gallon Gas Tank was fabricated for long range trips and all of the structural components were inspected and replaced if needed. A complete wiring harness was fabricated for the entire boat including the new upper station and modernized cabin. The upper station has the same instrumentation as the main helm in the cabin including (Lenco 18") trim tabs, windlass, stereo remote, courtesy lighting, horn, and engine start and stop. The upper station has a custom fabricated super structure that seats two comfortably with nice upholstery and full covers. Behind the upper helm is a large spotting platform with a set of rocket launchers and rear led spreader lights. In the cabin the massive Clarion Marine CMD6 stereo system has two 1000 Watt Amps with all the goodies. The upper station is equipped with two wake board speakers and there is a remotes at the upper helm and transom to round of the sound system. Other notable options include raw water wash down, fresh water system with transom shower, two custom dive platforms port and starboard, custom ladder, tilt steering top and bottom, snap in carpet in the cabin, custom fabricated passenger couch with Sunbrella fabric with matching helm seat and V-birth cushions. 2008 J C Mfg Inc TriToon Classic 266,My family and I are looking to down size some toys. This is an awesome Tritoon. It is fast and stable! I have fished all my life and been in several 80-100K ski boats as well as the best bass boats on the water. Some people laugh until they ride with me but this is the BEST WATER CRAFT I have ever ridden in. It is a 2008 JC Tritoon Classic 266. It has a Mercruiser 5.7 liter 350 mag with a Bravo 3 outdrive. It has 230 hours but will have a few more since we will be playing on it while the weather is good. It is rated for 20 people. This is so stable and will move. It will run in the low 40s. It has all the options with storage, built in cooler, trash, changing station, double bimini tops, swim deck, swim ladder, ski bar, satellite radio, IPod input, GPS fishfinder and a double axle custom trailer with LED lights and brakes. This thing will pull several skiers and big tubes. New JC TriToon Classics are in the $55,000-80,000 range. NADA shows this one with options anywhere from $44,000-50,000 without all of the boating supplies i am including. JC mfg actually patented the "Tritoon". Look them up. This 1971 K5 Blazer started out as a four wheel drive and spent it's life in Colorado Springs. The blazer has been parked in a dry area since 1997 due to engine noise. We found this incredible clean K5 by accident and brought it back to Mansfield, Ohio and changed it up. My whole mindset was to build a practical everyday driver with all the modern necessities. This truck runs and drives like a new one while retaining the old truck look and characteristics. I put a little over 10,000 miles on it this truck this summer and 6,000 of them included a round trip to Mount Rushmore, Washington State, up Pikes Peak to Charlotte, NC for the Goodguys Show!
