The current owners are the third owner - the boat has been at the current slip for over 14 years with the previous owner and the current owners. They have maintained the vessel and have maintenance log and service records for most major items.
Known conditions - one of the six bilge pumps needs replacing. The fuel pump on the Starboard engine needs to be removed and the timing reset and reinstalled - sellers are working to find a mechanic to do this work for them without removing all of the wood flooring for easier access.

When you enter the cabin area below, to your left is the galley with coffee maker, microwave and 3 burner stove top. The refrigerator and freezer is great for grabbing a drink on the go or entertaining. The kitchen sink has a cover that matches the solid surfaced countertop - giving you more space for prepping food. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen - cabinet space above and below the countertop and above the refrigerator.
Opposite the galley is the salon area with leather, reclining chair and an electrically operated sofa / slide-out bed. The sofa and recliner are situated around a coffee table with two pull out chairs, giving you plenty of seating options. Enjoy the large, mounted flat screen TV as you recline on the comfortable seating. The hanging mirror makes the space feel large. Stereo with CD and speakers / amplifier are a nice feature. Plenty of storage space in the cabinets above the sofa / slide out bed.
Continuing on in the cabin, the forward stateroom is perfect for privacy and comfort. The sliding pocket privacy door has a full length mirror. The bed has a full sized mattress and storage below. This room has lots of storage space - cedar lined hanging lockers with lights and mirrored doors and shelving. The mounted TV with DVD and stereo is perfect for enjoying movies in bed on your next vacation. The vanity with storage stool is also a nice feature that makes this room feel like your home away from home. The skylight above and port-holes draw in natural light and make the space feel large.
The forward head compartment includes a medicine cabinet with storage, shower with seat and circular door, and toilet. The privacy doors give you access to both the salon and forward stateroom.
The aft stateroom also has a sliding pocket privacy door and features a leather jack-knife sofa that can be converted into another sleeping area. The mounted TV in this room is a nice feature - giving the whole family plenty of space to watch their own shows. Plenty of storage in this room as well with cabinets and drawers.
The aft-stateroom also has a head with a privacy door. The bathroom includes a "wet-head" shower with curtain, medicine cabinet with storage inside, sink with pull-out shower sprayer and of course the toilet. Plenty of storage space in the bathroom as well.
When you're ready to swim, the extended swim platform makes for a quick entry into the water and makes getting back in the boat easy! It is a hydraulic lift and has slots for PWC skids - so you can literally lower the entire unit into the water and drive your PWC right onto the skids and raise it out of the water at the touch of the button on the remote. The exterior shower is perfect for washing off after a swim. At the bow of the boat is a large sunpad that for soaking in the sun on a hot day!
