For your consideration, I have a Delta Quest 23' all wood house boat with trailer. I think the plans came from Glen Boat Plans. This was completed in 1997 after 3 years of work. My brother built this and enjoyed it until he died of cancer in 2004. It was stored until the spring of this year. It needs some plywood repair on the upper part of the boat. Like all wooden boats, you have to always be inspecting them unlike fiberglass. My brother had $27,000 in this boat. There are 24 pictures so just keep hitting the right arrow under the main picture. It has the following features: 90 HP Mercury 2-stroke oil injected engine - will need to be serviced because it has set for so long 36 gallon fuel tank Custom built dual axle trailer with brakes Fresh water tank possibly 40 gallon 2 Waste tanks 30 gallon each Restroom with toilet and sink Small galley with refrigerator, sink and ceramic drop-in cooktop Microwave Dining table that converts into a bed Eagle Eye depth & fish finder Eagle Eye GPS Ship to Shore Radio Speed Indicator Volt Gauges with charge monitor gauge 2 bilge pumps Spotlights front & rear Running lights AM/FM/CD 4 speaker stereo Coleman roof mounted A/C Custom made awnings for the front & back Cushions & bedding (not shown in pictures) Windows have screens and mini blinds Carpeting with lots of of storage space Small 1000 watt generator & hookups for dockside power and water & sewage This will need someone with good woodworking skills.
