This is a great 2000 Carver 396 that has been retrofitted 2015 - I am not mechanical at all so all work was done by professionals as I wanted the boat to be mechanically sound and be worry free for mechanical issues. I was going to use it to cruise around florida, keys and bahamas. Plans have changed. The boat includes trailer. Had it for the last 7 years. I sailed it mostly at Lake Lanier, but also took it sailing in Florida. Kept it out of the water during winter, and I wasn’t sailing it every year. Due to new job which I accept ~2 years ago, I no longer have time to sail, and therefore decided to sell the boat.Easy to maintain. Easy to sail. Rates 252 PHRF. Includes 4hp outboard motor. Ford 351, open bow, swim platform, great boat. Hours meter reads 448 but stop working a few years ago. A more accurate assumption would be in the 700's. Captain's seat, passenger seat and rear bench seats have all been re-covered. Open-bow seats cushions could use recovering. Otherwise very clean.
