The boat was brought to the yard under its own sails and power. The owner states that the Yanmar engine operates as expected and the sails have some life remaining. The hull appears to be solid. It needs to be sanded, prepped, and repainted. There is some damage to the fiberglass ridge where the rub rail is located in a couple of places. The rub rail probably needs to be replaced. The standing rigging, sheets, and lines are weather worn and should need to be replaced. All of the woodwork on the boat needs to be refinished, including both hatch doors. The interior is in fair condition. Cushions and upholstery probably need to be replaced. There are no obvious leaks and the interior is dry. The engine, wiring, and tubing all look to be in good condition. The condition of the operating systems is unknown and should be inspected. It may be possible to run the Yanmar engine while in the boatyard but most of the systems probably can not be checked out while on the hard. Stock #301722 Strong build, long waterline, and fin keel make it perfect for island cruising. The CSY 44 is regarded as one of the finest sailboats ever made! This is the classic CSY 44 Pilot House Ketch. prized for its solid construction, spacious interior, relatively shallow shoal draft, and smooth easy sailing you only get with a ketch, this yacht is ideal for extended cruising to the islands. According to SailBoatData this yacht has a Comfort Ratio of 48.30!. In an April 2019 survey conducted by Cruising World, the CSY 44 was voted as #11 of the top 40 sailboats ever made. The main sail has a traveler. There is a Harkin rolling furler for the jib. A large solar panel array is included. A water maker is also included. Access below is through two hatches, one leads into the aft berth and the other into the main cabin. The Pilot House model has an aft cockpit and an interior steering station for staying dry while island hopping. This two-cabin CSY 44 features wheel steering, self-tailing jib winches, binnacle compass, electric windlass with delta anchor and rode, pressurized water, three burner stove with oven, Garmin radar, B&G chart plotter, two marine heads with showers, water heater, two air conditioners, and an inverter. The aft cabin is very large, with its own head. The bow cabin will accommodate two and has easy access to the forward head. The main salon is huge with two bench seats which can also serve as berths, the steering station, and a spacious galley area. Reason for selling is not using it.

2016 Privateer 2400 Renegade I have decided to part ways with my 2016 Privateer. This is not a remodel, this is a brand new boat burned out of a mold in the closed down Privateer facility. The color is Stars and Stripes Blue and it has been dry docked in Palm Island Marina in Placida Florida. My wife and I live outside of Nashville and we just dont make it down south enough to enjoy it. We have actually only been out on it a hand full of times. It runs great I was just there getting it cleaned up. The motor was bought used via T-Craft in Bradenton Fl. The owner there has serviced this motor since it was brand new and it runs perfectly. It has 1025 hours on it. It is a 2012 250 Yamaha. The boat was rigged to fish Tarpon and is turn key ready to fish. Brand new Riptide Ulterra 112 i-pilot on the bow...White 10ft Power Pole Mounted on a 36" White Porta Bracket. Blue Tooth radio. Console, Leaning Post/Baitwell Combo were all done by T-Craft. The Powder Coating and Rigging was done by Omni Marine whom does the Skeeter boats rigging and towers in our area. This boat is all custom. It was Privateers first ever Coosa Board boat. The Radcliffes have only done 1 other Renegade in the last few years. Its an amazing boat and I have gotten tons of people ask me about it at the dock and on the water. It is really a one of a kind boat.

2015 Aquasport 24, Motivated seller open to reasonable offers! :) 1978 Aquasport 246 completly restored in 2015. This hull is the bigger sister to the 222. They look very similar but this hull has a deeper V and a 19 degree dead rise which makes for an excellent ride. The original hull was 24'6", but is closer to 25" after the rebuild. That's just the hull, with the bracket and motor the total length is close to 28'! The motor is a 2004 yamaha 250 four stroke with 400 hours. The boat is painted with awl grip, black bottom paint, and even has a 2015 porta bracket custom painted at the factory to match the color of the hull. The boat comes with a 36v minnkota ipilot, humminbird 899 si hd electronics, a wet sounds sound bar that contains 10 speakers with a built in amplifier, 40 gallon live well seat, navigation/anchor lights, bilge pump, trim tabs, and a 2015 continental trailer.
