Both motors and generator have extremely low hours and absolutely no problems whatsoever. The houseboat drives fantastic. The generator works perfectly as well and is even a little oversized for the boat. The generator powers the boat with no problem including the twin central AC/heater units. The twin central AC/heater units are digitally controlled and keep the houseboat as cold or hot as you would like. They both work great. The inside and outside of the boat is absolutely beautiful. One of the nicest houseboats on lake murray with the most desired slip facing the lake. Know one is in front of you. You have a perfect view of the lake. You also have a great undisturbed view of Tucker Tower. The boat comes completely furnished. On the inside, the boat has new leather furniture, wood coffee table and end table, three flat screen TV's, two dvd players, side by side full size refrigerator, new wood floors, master suite has queen size bed, quest quarters has double queen beds, full bath with shower, two bathrooms, stackable washer and dryer, central vacuum, rope lighting inside and outside, surround stereo inside and outside. On the outside the boat has, three brand new top of the line bimini's which zip together to extend the entire length of the boat, two designer sectionals on the top level, the sectionals could fit up to ten people, new outdoor dining table with four chairs, 2 designer outdoor rugs, seven speaker dual amp stereo with i-pod plugin, rope lighting. Your neighbors on both side of you are absolutely wonderful and take very good care of their houseboats. You are on absolutely the best dock location on the entire lake with the best view.
