The listing for the Wellcraft is Central and has not been visited by a rep; the owner says it's a nice boat but at the present the engine won't start. A mechanic is coming out in the next few weeks to take a look at it. Stock #248815 open bow, stereo, oil change and new propeller, trailer! THIS AUCTION IS FOR OUR 1976 GALAXY OPEN BOW TRI-HULL JET BOAT. IT IS POWERED BY A 302 FORD V8 ENGINE WITH 205 hp. WE PURCHASED IT FROM THE ORIGINAL FAMILY THAT OWNED IT AND THEY HAD KEPT IT STORED IN THIER GARAGE AT LEAST FOR THE 25 YEARS THAT OUR FAMILIES HAVE BEEN FRIENDS. HE IS A MECHANIC AND TOOK GREAT CARE OF IT AND IT RUNS GREAT.WE JUST INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY. WE ARE MOVING AND DON'T WANT TO HAUL IT ACROSS THE COUNTRY. AS YOU CAN SEE THE HULL HAS NEVER BEEN REPAIRED AND IT HAS NOT BEEN RUN UP ON GRAVEL OR ROCKS. IT IS A UNIQUE BOAT THAT CAN GO INTO SHALLOW AREAS THAT OUTDRIVE BOATS CANT. This Mastercraft is one of the cleanest you can find. Always garaged and under its boat cover. Fiberglass always waxed and cared for by single owner family. Boat has only been used in fresh water and never ran up on the beach. Fiberglass in excellent condition, seats and carpet excellent condition, bimini sun top in good condition, teak swim deck in very good condition, and dual axel trailer just like new. Tri-hull/deep V design, with open bow, seats 10 comfortably, great family boat. Standard engine was a 305 cubic inch, 2-barrel, 200HP engine. We had it professionally changed out to a 350 CUBIC INCH, 4-BARREL CARBURATOR, 260HP ENGINE. The boat has 520 hours on it; the NEW ENGINE HAS 200 HOURS ON IT.We are the original owners. The boat was always in fresh water, used only about three weeks a year, never beached. Otherwise, it was cleaned, covered, and garaged. Also included is its double axle, removable tongue trailer which looks brand new. There is also an extra prop.The boat has a canvas top in great condition. Its top storage is out of sight under rear coaming pad and is easily accessible for set up. Sleeper seats are easily converted to lounge and sleeper positions. Bow seats have storage underneath. There is a ski storage box and ice box in the floor. Included are ski vests, 2 men's single skis and woman's single ski with covers, double skis, a bogey board, trick skis, children's learning skis, and large inner tube.
