"HAJIME" is a Com-Pac 27 FT Sailboat As Is. She was manufactured by Hutchins Co, Inc in Clearwater, FL in 1987. Her seaworthy design mimics island packet yachts and has remained unchanged for 29 years. Her overall length with bowsprit is 29.5 FT, Beam is 9/5 FT, Draft is 3/5 FT and displacement is 6000 LBS. She has a 10HP Universal Diesel that runs well. She has a 50 gallon fresh water tank and 13 gallon Diesel tank. A fully enclosed head and shower with hot and cold pressurized water system. Two (2) large deck hatches and six (6) opening ports with two (2) dorades allow for a lot of ventilation. She was uhauled out and pained 10 years ago with no blistering and her rudder inspected. All looked perfect. This is a roomy boat that can sleep 4 comfortably but has capacity for 6. A 7 FT cockpit with large seat lockers provides outstanding storage and access to tankage, steering, and propeller shaft maintenance. Quality construction, materials and hardware provides above average quality and cruising comfort. Considering the age, the boat is in very good condition. I want to make a note that we just had the boat inspected on Friday, August 7th. I'm selling this with 2 anchors, GPS, cover, Trailer, and Center console cover. it also has an upgraded Stainless steel Prop that was recently replaced. 10,000 OBO, (Price wont budge much.).
