I am selling this 1982 Cal 35 footer Sail Boat. The reason why I am selling it is because I am buying, naturally, a newer and bigger boat. I have owned and took very good care of this boat for the past 7+ years. It does need some minor things but it is ready to sail today without any hesitation! The boat was designed by Bill Lapworth. The boat is currently in Worton Creek, "The Wharf at Handys Point" 23153 Green Point Rd. Worton, MD 21678.Beam - 10'9. Draft - 6'. Displacement 13,000 lbs. Engine - Universal M-40 Diesel 32hp that runs like a dream. It has 2300 hours on it. Hurth transmission. Double blade bronze propellor. Tankage: Fuel - 32gal. Water - 105 gal. Holding - 13 gal. Edson Pedestal steering. Ritchie Compass. 2 Doracles. 5 winches. Bimini and Dodger with connectors. Imtra windlass and 2 anchors. Electronics: 12V DC and 100V AC system. 4 new batteries installed last year. New battery charger in 2013. VHF radio. Autopilot 4000. Radar: Raytheon SL 72 Pathfinder. Wind depth and speed gauges. (speed not working). This boat sleeps 5 comfortably, 8-10 depending how drunk you are. 2 in the v berth. single salon port. double salon starboard. General storage. Hanging lockers. Desperate shower in head. Large fold up table in salon. Upholstery in great condition. Was refinished in late 2013. U shapes calley. 3 burner CNG. Refrigerator and freezer.
