2011 Lagoon 450 La Savane is an Owner's Version of the popular Lagoon 450 that was used briefly for charter in the BVI's and then brought to the USA for the owner's personal enjoyment. The Lagoon 450 hulls are infusion molded with solid glass below the waterline. The 450 flybridge design gives optimal visibility and access to sailing controls while providing easy access to the main cockpit and seating areas via twin stair wells.  Cushions and lounging areas abound for the family and crew to relax under way or in port. As with all Lagoon catamarans the vertical windows provide superb visibility while maximizing interior space and keeping the interior cool under those overhanging eyebrows. Decks are easy to move around on with flush deck hatches and access to the anchor windlass controls in the foredeck cockpit is a breeze. The square top mainsail and genoa with optional code zero gear make this a fast and fun boat to sail in all conditions.  Lagoon's proprietary gull wing bridge-deck design minimizes slamming in big seas. Interior design is by Nauta with a sleek Euro style including genuine leather seating in the main salon. La Savane has many upgrades from the standard boat and is suited to either crewed charter work or the owner who wants to get away from it all with occasional guests. Upgraded Yanmar 54 hp EnginesInside Steering and Engine ControlsSquare Top Mainsail Electric Winches for all Sail ControlsDinghy Davits with Electric WinchSolar PanelsAir ConditioningGeneratorLeather Upholstery12' Caribe dinghy with 15' Yamaha Outboard engine La Savane has been recently re-priced  and moved to another brokerage by an owner who is keen to move on to his next project. Serious offers are welcomed for this fine vessel. Prior appointments to view this yacht with the listing broker are essential.

1985 MasterCraft Stars & Stripes Power Slot Ski Boat with accessories (SF Bay Area) It's time to retire from skiing and barefooting for me, so I'm offering my single-owner, pampered, and meticulously maintained ski boat for sale. If spending between $70,000 and $90,000 for a comparable new, bloated and heavy MasterCraft doesn't appeal to you, read on. This original design MasterCraft accelerates faster, turns quicker, is easier to maintain, and is way more fun and economical to operate and insure. Undoubtedly, this is the is the best preserved classic 1985 MasterCraft that you'll find. It has always been stored under cover on a custom made dolly located on a concrete pad, and never left in the water overnight. It has been transported on a trailer just a few times before it made its home on the dolly, and has never been damaged or beached. There are some slight wear marks on the bow where it settles into the dolly and a couple of nicks on it, but that's it. It has been regularly polished and waxed. The windshield is still clear and free of cracks and marks. This model has no wooden stringers, so the hull is impervious to rot, extremely sound and shows little signs of wear. The bilge is the original smooth gelcoat and perfectly clean. The original teak deck has also been regularly maintained. The boat has 1,179 total hours. The engine is the original PCM 351 Ford, but the heads were replaced with GT40 high-performance heads for extra horsepower (and what a difference it made!). Coupled with the 4-bladed Johnson prop, this boat has always out-turned, out-pulled and out-accelerated any of my friends' newer, heavier tournament ski boats. INCLUDED ACCESSORIES (approximate costs): $5,000 Heater w/driver outlet and flexible passenger outlet: ($500) Bimini top, like new: ($400) Tow line quick release: ($300) Mike Seipel solid aluminum training bar w/pylon clamp and storage clips: ($500) Upgraded 4-bladed Johnson prop: ($450) Custom-made complete dry-land cover including side & swim step protection: ($850) Custom galvanized dolly: ($2,000) Original Brochure: (Priceless!) Original Manual: (Priceless!) WORK DONE THIS YEAR: ($2,000) Valve grind Rebuilt Holley marine carburetor OEM PCM exhaust manifolds, risers, & hose New starter New fuel pump New fuel filter & canister New marine main fuel line from tank Fuel tank removed and cleaned New OEM fuel filler hose, assembly/cap Marine battery (last year) INCLUDED SPARES: Starter Fresh water pump impeller The original interior shows the most signs of wear with the exception of the rear seat, that was stored since new and was not used. The passenger bench is almost as good. The back of the driver's seat, bolsters and engine cover show the most age, but are all usable. The carpet is usable, but worn. Since it was used in brackish water, some of the aluminum parts have acne from corrosion, but function perfectly well. This is most apparent on the pylon, steering column base, and throttle/shift lever cover. Rust is also apparent on galvanized and painted iron or steel parts, as expected, whether in fresh water or not. The "MasterCraft" logotype and some stars have been removed and replace with some custom artwork, but can easily be buffed off, if desired, without damaging the hull. The galvanized dolly is included in the sale, but there is no trailer included. Acquire this great boat for about the price of the sales tax on a new one. Located at Bel Marin Keys, a private lagoon located in Novato, CA, the boat is being sold, as is, where is.
