2016 Lagoon 52 The Lagoon 52 marks a whole new era in the design of this class of boats. She is an extraordinary catamaran expressing elegance, comfort, safety, user friendliness, and performance under sail. With its diamond-shaped vertical bows, beveled hulls, and tall rig, the Lagoon 52 is no ordinary catamaran, but its originality goes a great deal further than just its "outer" appearance, or even its interior layout. The continuous horizontal and fluent lines give the interior open and generous spaces, along with a continuity between exterior and interior life. The Lagoon 52 is graceful in style and symmetry while exuding a sense of well-being and opulence. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS ON THE 52ST IN THE 2016 MIAMI BOAT SHOW!

2000 Pathfinder 2200 Tournament This is a fine fishing boat both ocean and flats fishing, a good boat for near-shore diving and a great boat for simple family excursions.  It is rated for 7 adults, but for serious fishing trips, it suites 5 very well.  This beautiful two-tone, year 2000, burgundy, Pathfinder, Model, 2200, is powered by a Yamaha VMAX 175 engine.  I am the second owner of the boat, which I purchased in 2004.   It handles the ocean with seas of 3-4 and performs very well on our occasional coastal trips (Pathfinders are known to very dry in these conditions).  The boat has been primarily used for fishing in the Indian River Lagoon.   The boat was not heavily used to support my fishing dreams but has provided fun fishing, tubing, and wildlife viewing trips for our family.  I have put less than 350 hours on the engine.    Maintenance: Initially, the boat was maintained by Mosquito Lagoon Outfitters in Titusville, FL and for the past several years has been serviced by Boaters Exchange in Rockledge, FL.  The carburetors were rebuilt in February of 2017 and the boat is in great working condition.   Compression on the engine is excellent and top speed on the boat is 52 mph with a two-person crew and a quarter of a tank of gas.   In the past six months I have installed two new marine batteries.   The seats were reupholstered about 3 years ago and are in good condition, as is the rest of the boat.   Storage: When not in use, the boat is on a trailer and under tarp, which results in very limited cleaning requirements. The trailer has been maintained and serviced as necessary.  I have 3 spare wheel hubs that are included in the sale.  A full review of maintenance records can be provided upon on site inspection.
