Trailer is tandem axle with surge brakes and new bunks installed last year. Boat has only been used in fresh water at Lake Mead. Boat is powered by 5.7 volvo penta engine with volvo sx outdrive. Has had fluids changed and winterized every year. New alternator, blower, bilge pump, and fuel pump installed last year. Engine compartment has pressurized fresh water storage, grey water storage, water heater, two marine batteries (3 years old), built in battery charger, and dual switch battery control. The cabin/galley is very spacious with plenty of headroom for a full size adult to stand and walk around without hitting their head on ceiling. Galley has microwave oven, refrigerator, electric cooktop, pressurized sink with hot water, pioneer stereo system (6 disk CD, 4 6x9, one 12 inch sub woofer, and connections for satellite radio, remote control, and dual amps), AC/DC power control switches with battery indicator. There is a flush toilet system with hot water shower combination that was flushed clean and hasn't been used for over 10 years. Toilet/shower area has a built in shelf for added storage that can be removed if you choose to use this amenity. Boat has large V-birth sleeping area in the bow with a padded mattress comparable to the size of a queen mattress and allows two full size adults to sleep comfortably. Sleeping area converts to a table with padded bench seating for 4-6 people. There is an additional sleeping area with a full size mattress towards the rear of the boat that I currently use for additional storage of chairs and popup shade awning. Has 2 bimini tops that provide shade for the entire upper seating area. Upper seating area comfortably seats 10, has small built in cooler, plenty of storage under seats, and also has a table which can be removed, and a marine CB radio with antenna.
