Now for certian this one is a fixerupper, but she has great bones! The current owner bought her with the intent to rebuild her but has found other projects and now wishes to sell this beauty of a houseboat. And, Yes, we know that there is no water in the lakes this year, but this is the perfect "storm" of houseboats. A dry year gives you time to refurbish this beauty, and next year all of the people that are tired of no water, may give up their spots, see... a perfect storm! The pontoons are made of steel, but are freshly coated and are as good as they get, fantastic! Included is the v8 engine and outdrive, as well as the kohler generator.
