This 65' Lazzara built Viking is part of Bayside Yacht Sales "Pre-Inspected Yacht" program. The Yacht has been Surveyed & Items corrected and/or disclosed to the buyer prior to purchase!! 4 spacious stateroom - 4 head layout with salon deck day head. You do not want to miss out on a real opportunity that will be most difficult to replicate. Vessel Walk-thru From a distance even the layman can recognize that she is something special...a gem...a superior designed and built yacht with timeless lines. As her name implies...standing next to her she exudes confidence and a commanding "no excuses" necessary presence. Her hull shines as a polished diamond...and as one looks up she conveys a three story "Welcome Aboard"... Convenient easy port or starboard boarding at mid ships via the Marquipt 6-step non skid boarding ladder. Extra Wide walk around side decks with non skid surfaces welcome you. High freeboard and solid 1 3/4" epoxy coated hand rails give you an immediate safe feeling. Moving forward to the bow is a padded seating area and large open flat surfaces towards the heavy duty ground tackle. The large cleats and SS Hawse pipes create a statement of their own. Port and starboard hard locking wing doors await your entrance to the full beam factory enclosed, fully air conditioned aft deck. The focus of the aft deck is a large teak table with extensions centered on a colorful Guy Harvey rug and 8 teak chairs all protected by a custom made cover. Again she makes her strength known with huge port and starboard SS cleats and Hawse pipes. A large built in serving counter with storage under is located against the salon bulkhead. A sliding tinted glass door to starboard opens into "Big Daddy's" world...a large salon finished in warm inviting high gloss teak. Directly to port is a large comfortable L-shaped settee with storage under finished off with a built in end table in teak with storage drawers. Directly to starboard is a large built in teak wet bar / serving area with storage and wine cooler under. The large salon is very open and comfortable with plenty of natural lighting...window tinting and custom blinds and valances throughout. Moving forward and to starboard is the teak banister stairwell to the Flybridge area. To port is a round dining table with chairs and a large built in solid teak serving area against the salon/galley bulkhead with storage and shelving under. A large flat panel TV adorns this teak bulkhead above the built in. To starboard is the enclosed entertainment equipment. Also to starboard is the rare, but very important day head. Moving forward thru the solid teak trimmed arched door way is the galley/dinette area. To port you find a bright friendly, well laid out galley with plenty of storage and natural lighting as well as great visibility for the chef. To starboard is the comfortable U-Shaped dinette with storage...again fabulous visibility and loads of natural light. Moving forward thru the next teak trimmed arched doorway is the air conditioned pilothouse. The highlight is an uncluttered, well laid out Helm station that is easy to understand. A built in teak double helm seat against the bulkhead provides the captain and crew with excellent visibility. Forward and to starboard in the pilothouse is the curved carpeted stairwell down to the guest staterooms. At the base of the stairwell to starboard is the luxurious VIP stateroom with queen berth...loads of storage and a private door to the shared head with separate shower. Back to starboard aft salon area is the access via curved stairwell to the Master Suite area. Directly to starboard at the base of the stairwell is a laundry area with washer and dryer. Further to starboard past the laundry is the fabulously maintained engine room. Back out to the entrance to the "Monster Master"...directly to port is a double cedar closet... next a colorful built-in double settee that attaches to the built-in teak night stand (port and starboard) of the Large King size aft centered bed. Opposite the end of the King size bed is a cavernous cedar lined walk-in closet...next to the enclosed entertainment centre. Back up in the forward starboard salon area is the teak banister curved stairwell that deposits you directly at the spacious helm area on the Flybridge with custom fitted cover. The upper helm features an uncluttered, well laid out instrumentation with 3 large custom covered Stidd Captains chairs with foot rests. Turning facing aft from the helm to starboard is a Grill area with refrigerator, storage and large Magna SS grill with custom cover. Moving outside of the fully enclosed air-conditioned flying bridge area is the after deck area featuring a Marquipt low profile davit along side of the Boston Whaler Dinghy on custom chocks.
