1972 Leisure Craft Houseboat. 46 feet long and 12 feet wide. It is a steel hull. Single engine V8. The slip is transferable to the new owner if they do not want to move the boat. It is paid for until the end of November.I do not have a whole lot of pictures but i will try to post more next time I get to the lake.The boat comes with a bill of sale onlyBoat is registered in my name until November 2016. --Good---The outdrive and bottom were serviced a few years ago.-The engine runs great-It has a sound system with remote.-Toilet works great and I have pump out records.-Queen bed-Futon pulls out into a queen.-Roof AC and portable AC unit-Fly bridge-Refrigerator with freezer-Lots of storage space-Microwave and Oven-Fishing pole rack --Issues---The roof needs some work. I have had 2 people make estimates for the repair. To completely redo the area on the roof with the issue was $2000-$2500. A second person estimated he could repair the issue with some sealant for $400. There is currently a tarp over the top of the boat and no water is getting in.-There is a leak in the water pipe where the water hose comes in from the dock. If the water is left on it will leak into the boat. So the water is currently off and disconnected until the repair can be made. The boat is not taking on any water nor has it since the leak was discovered.-Bimini top is currently off and needs a new cloth-The original generator does not work as on most older boats. A portable generator has always been used as the boat has the hookup setup for it. Buyer will have 1 week to pay full amount due once auction ends. Up for sale is my 1997 Proline DC 202. I have owned this boat for 5 years and have docked it locally. It is in good condition and the engine runs strong. Boart has live well, built in cooler, depth finder am/fm/cd. Bimini Top. Plenty of built in rod holders. This boat is perfect for fishing or leisure. Plenty of seating for the family. I have only used this boat in Fresh water and was told I am the second owner. Selling because I recently moved and no longer use. IT has not been in the water since fall of 2013. The boat is powered by a 1997 Force by Mercury Marine 120HP engine premix. I replaced the plugs and impeller in 2013 along with outdrive clutches and shift cables. I also replaced the prop and will include 2 interchangeable pitched props. The included trailer is a 1997 Loadrite. It will need a new tire but will have it replaced as part of the sale.
