2005 Shockwave 29 MAGNATUDE OPEN BOW 2005 Custom Shockwave Magnitude in excellent condition. 225 hours on a 496 Merc Cruiser with Eddie Marine exhaust and headers propelled by a Bravo XR outdrive. Deep V Hull that cuts through chop and even larger swell when offshore. Kicker sound system included with subs, amp, and powered by a Sony bluetooth headunit. Large swimstep and tow area for skiers and or wakeboards. The boat has a spacious cuddy cabin that can easily seat 4 and an open bow. There is a Biminni top as well if there is a little too much sun. Some back story on the vessel is that I purchased the boat last March from the original owner since I wanted a new hobby on the weekends however I work and travel too much so I dont use it enough. The boat is stored under a full water proof cover at the Newport Dunes currently and prior to that it was stored indoors for 10 years. I only put 40 hours on the motor (185hrs when I purchased it) most of which were iddling around Newport Harbor. Its a great looking fast boat and turns a lot of heads and will fit 8 people comfortbaly up 10 if need be. The trailer is a custom extreme tripple axle that is in great shape as well and has a brand new crank (still in the box) ready to be installed. I had it serviced shortly after I purhased it and the batteries were replaced just before I took over ownership so its turn key ready to go. 1984 Ocean Yachts 46 Super Sport powered by 6-71T Detroits ( both in house rebuilds with close to 1000 hours ( 2010 and 2011)) , full new enclosure ( 2011 ) and newer 4 blade props ( 2011 ) . Murray Bros fighting chair (decent condition) . Boat is in water and ready to go ! Engines run excellent as does the generator . Pneumatic shift / throttles . Boat performs well ( runs , shifts and steers ) . Bottom and anodes freshly done . New batteries . She has 3 staterooms and 2 bathrooms . Boat is in very useable condition as she sits . 1980 24 ft Neptune sailboat nice little weekender are live aboard for single are couple . it has a 4 stroke Yamaha 2.5 1999 motor like new . pushes sailboat great . sails are in good shape . loa 24 lwl 21 beam 8 draft 2 to 3.6 displacement 3200 lbs pop up top for more head room at dock main sail 130 genoa sail hinged mast deck step all running lights working vhf radio new bilge pump new water pump with 25 gallon fresh water tank head ice box window unit air mounted under step 2 double berths 2 single berths claims to sleep 6 loads of storage for a its size very clean and pretty for its age sails great lots of fun on the lake motor was just tuned and new water pump added battery good all light it cabin work could us cushions recovered we just covered them with terry cloth sheets looks good . anchor screens swim ladder and more stuff . vessel is at oak harbor marine in slidell la dock fees is 120 month on a month to month lease are 96 month for a yr lease and yes you can live aboard here . very nice marina with showers laundry and close to town and stores .
