All information related to condition and operations of systems has been supplied by the seller. Seller reports all systems are functional and the boat has been very well maintained since being rebuilt. Newer engines were installed around 2015 during the rebuild. Refrigerator and original toilet have been removed from the head. We highly recommend a professional inspection before making a final purchase decision. Stock #283791 1969 Customized Lyman Sportsman with Flybridge, Custom converted to a Sportsman model This Lyman is located in Marblehead, OH and has been very well maintained and upgraded. It was originally built as an Islander model by Lyman but has been converted to the Sportsman layout by the current seller. The engines are not original and were replaced with Crusaders around 2015. Trim tabs have been added to help with weight redistribution when cruising, allowing the boat to not lean to one side or the other. The cockpit floor is made of African Leopard Wood, cushions are in good condition and show very little wear, (4) NAPA Marine batteries were replaced in 2016. The refrigerator and toilet has been removed. A porta potti is now in the head as a replacement. She will cruise 20-25mph and hit a top speed of 40mph on flat water. UP FOR AUCTION IS A 1952 18' LYMAN ISLANDER BOAT. HULL #2076A . LYMAN BUILT APPROXIMATELY 2000 OF THESE BOAT FROM 1948 THRU 1960. THE INTERIOR IS BPANISH CEDAR SEATS. THE BOAT UNDERWENT AN EXTENSIVE RESTORATION IN 2007. THERE IS NO ROT IN THIS BOAT. THE INTERIOR FLOOR AND BOTTOM WAS PAINTED WITH LYMAN SANDTAN PAINT WHICH IS CORRECT. EVERYTHING ON THE BOAT IS ORIGINAL. THE MOTOR IS A 4 CYLLINDER FLAT HEAT . BOAT COMES WITH A CRADLE TRAILER. THE BOTTOM WAS PAINTED WITH COPPER ANTI - FAULING PAINT. The boat is in original, unblemished condition, and believed to be one of a very few lap-strakes ever built by Hacker-Craft. It may be the ONLY one of this 25' size. The name Hacker-Craft needs no other explanation, and this boat looks perfect!
