2005 MasterCraft XStar powered by Indmar MCX 5.7L 350hp engine with 1,968 hours. This boat was purchased new by a local doctor who obviously loves going to the lake. We just took the boat in on trade for a new 2015 XStar. Customer had upholstery re-done in 2013 for just under $6,500. Boat has new manifolds, new ballast pump, new rudder port, new ignition (owner had self- designed a push button start), new stereo speakers and subwoofer in May, 2014 ($2350), and customer also installed a new heater. Trailer was new in 2009. Boat is equipped with 4 tower speakers, bimini top, mooring cover, Perfect Pass Wakeboard Pro, depth finder, cooler, teak swim platform, dual batteries, and more... Boat is mechanically sound and runs great. When we trade for boats we go through a rigorous 2-hour inspection and found this boat to have a leaking rudder port (replaced with new) and the KGB (center) and rear port ballast tank to be cracked and leaking when full. The only way to properly replace them is to split the deck and hull of the boat which is very expensive and time consuming so we just replaced them with Fly High ballast bags. The downside to the bags is the fact that they take up space in the rear lockers. The good thing is they also had a few extra pounds of ballast. The KGB ballast pump was not operational so we replaced it with a new Jabsco pump as well. If you are afraid of the 1,968 hours, our service department will install a Jasper long block for $5,500 including a 18-month, unlimited hour warranty.
