Cosmetic condition as depicted in photos, actually probably better when cleaned up as photos were taken while boat is in storage. No softness in the cockpit or foredeck was observed. The owner says the boat runs well. The fuel tank having been replaced is a big plus for a boat this age. Stock #349435 Well kept, beautiful Maxum equipped with a bow thruster and air conditioning The Maxum 2500 is a pocket cruiser that packs bigger boat features into a more compact package, with a nice combination of space, accommodations, performance and efficiency. For those new to boating who suffer from "dockaphobia", this particular example features a bow thruster to help one maneuver in close quarters and clear of nearby boats when wind and currents wish to take you elsewhere. The cockpit and helm offer plenty of seating and moving about space with good visibility, the walk-though windshield provides access to the foredeck and the built-in, molded swim platform has a retractable ladder. Down below the cabin has a convertible dinette / V-berth forward and a generously sized double berth aft, with a full galley and head with shower in between. The ideal, inexpensive entry for a couple or family of four, this boat should be easy on fuel, could be towed on a trailer without need for a permit, and have enough versatility to experiment with many locations and types of boating. Reason for selling is doesn't use enough.

Updated 1600watt stereo system. 2500watt inverter to keep the air-conditioner running out on the water. And the seats where just recovered. Up for sale or trade (for smaller boat) is a 2001 Maxum 2500 SCR with a 5.0L mercruiser and Bravo 2 O/D. The boat has 150 original hours on her and has been maintaned meticulously. Included is a 2012 Venture trailer with less than 40 miles on it. Some of the features include, GPS, VHF radio, Spot Light, Trib Tabs (new pump and tabs in 2013). Hot water heater, Vacum Flush head and shower. Refridgerator, Dual Batteries, Dual batterie chargers, Microwave, Stove top, AM/FM radio with ipod hookup and 4 speakers (New in 2013) AC/Heat. The boat had an overhaul in 2013 which included New Mainifolds and Risers and a New Transom Assembly with Gimbel and Bellows. This boat has been very reliable and has never left us stranded. I am selling my turn key Maxum SCR 2500 with heavy duty galvanized trailer. It has spent its life on its Lake Washington boat lift and the surrounding area. I am meticulous about my maintaining my boats so it is in perfect condition.
