This 2007 Maxum 2200 SR3 has been stored in a garage for the last 16 years. It has only been within the last 2 months that it has been stored outdoors under two covers. This boat has recently received a thorough detail cleaning. During the summer season, it is stored in freshwater undercover and on its trailer out of season. It has always been regularly maintained with routine maintenance, no other issues reported. Stock #255225 350hp Mercruiser fuel injected engine 40~ hrs on. Interior seats, carpet 1yr~. Per the seller the boat is clean with no odors. The boat needs a new engine as the existing engine was not properly winterized causing the block to crack. All photos were provided by the seller. Stock #382398 2016 Trailer! Great Cruiser! Engine needs new block This 2000 MAXUM 2400 SCR is a great express cruiser! This boat hails from Maryland. Her current owner purchased her in 2017 and is the second owner of the boat. The current owner has enjoyed using the boat in the Potomac and Patuxtent rivers. She is a very stable boat and comes to plane quickly. The boat has a twin prop and the trim tabs do a great job in assisting when leveling the boat is needed. Another great feature of this boat is that she is water-tight; the bilge stays nice and dry. The boat is a very comfortable boat that provides the basic amenities and accommodations to enjoy day cruising as well as overnight stays for a couple/small family. This boat has a 2016 Venture trailer that will be included in the purchase. The cabin was not photographed at the time of the listing. Gel coat and seating looked generally good. The tandem axle trailer is a 1999 model and was clean. The age of the tires is unknown. The seller has owned the Maxum for 19 years and stored it indoors in the offseason. It has been serviced every year at the Marina's service center. There is no trailer. The boat is pulled and launched by the Marina with a yard trailer. There is a crack in the cabin hatch and some wear on the wood grain dash. Both of these areas can be seen in the photos. There is a water stain on the cabin headline above the forward berth. It was dry and did not appear to be an active leak. It is always recommended that you perform your own personal inspection to confirm the condition. Stock #374184 BEAUTIFUL BOAT! Professionally maintained at a marina year round. Stored indoors during winter. Heat and A/C, Battery Charger, Dual Batteries If you're looking for an on-the-water summer retreat, the Maxum 2800 SCR would be a great choice. With an overall length of under 30 feet, the Maxum is large enough to have a full galley with a 2 burner electric / alcohol stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Cosmetic condition as depicted in photos, actually probably better when cleaned up as photos were taken while boat is in storage. No softness in the cockpit or foredeck was observed. The owner says the boat runs well. The fuel tank having been replaced is a big plus for a boat this age. Up for sale or trade (for smaller boat) is a 2001 Maxum 2500 SCR with a 5.0L mercruiser and Bravo 2 O/D. The boat has 150 original hours on her and has been maintaned meticulously. Included is a 2012 Venture trailer with less than 40 miles on it. Some of the features include, GPS, VHF radio, Spot Light, Trib Tabs (new pump and tabs in 2013). Hot water heater, Vacum Flush head and shower. Refridgerator, Dual Batteries, Dual batterie chargers, Microwave, Stove top, AM/FM radio with ipod hookup and 4 speakers (New in 2013) AC/Heat. The boat had an overhaul in 2013 which included New Mainifolds and Risers and a New Transom Assembly with Gimbel and Bellows. This boat has been very reliable and has never left us stranded.
