engine was replaced 8 years ago with a new factory 496 Mercruiser and has under 200 hours on it. Bravo 3 Outdrive was replaced new two years ago. Ready to go as-is but here's what It needs to make it perfect: -windshield base rubber trim replaced -bilge pump or switch replaced (current pump or switch is inoperable - I've checked breakers but haven't checked the pump or switch to see which one it is) I have a replacement pump to put in. -cabin upholstery - walls and headliner backing is coming unglued. I took pictures of the padding/backing that was coming down. -trim indicator gauge inoperable - most likely sending units as the outdrive has been replaced and it hasn't worked since. -left side cup holder needs to be reattached - I had this rebuilt over the winter just haven't installed yet. Oil, filters (oil/fuel), plugs, and impeller were all changed at the end of last season. Probably not even an hour of time on the boat since. It has solid floors and transom, It has a Fresh water cooled 260hp engine in great running condition. Proper title for boat in hand. The boat is water ready, it will need your choice of electronics. There is a VHF antenna on the boat. The large custom stainless electronics box has power panel inside and is powered. Has recent outdrive service including new bellows, gimble bearing and outer shift cable. New raw water pump. 2005 Bravo 1 lower outdrive. Fresh water use. Dual water pick up. Completely disassembled , inspected, cleaned, pre load set, new bearings, and re sealed. 1.5 ratio , 1" prop shaft. 0 hours use since gone through. All work done by certified Mercruiser Mechanic. This is just the lower part of the drive not the complete outdrive. Excellent condition. If you have hit bottom and damaged your skag, cracked the case or bent your prop shaft this is an easy bolt on fix.

It's the big four cylinder and runs great . I also have the complete outdrive. is also a self contained with the cooling system. I have nice tandem axle trailer that's in excellent shape . Good paint all markers and rollers. Brand new rubber that came with the boat I bought. I will split each item up. I want 700.00 for all at one time. If slit the motor will be five hundred.

1995 Mercruiser alpha one 3.0l motor and outdrive with ss prop complete 500 hr can start up and hear run. Have all paper work from when new with matching serial numbers. You or I can remove engine from boat or take motor and boat plus trailer. It's a 1995 regal 18 ft good Hall and floors clean title but has issues. The key,controls, gauges, horn, bilge pump, lights, blower motor and trim all still work just needs interior, good cleaning and some maintenance. Trailer is a 95 continental in good shape not much rust and comes with manufacturers certificate.
