MOTOR RUNS GREAT AND VERY LITTLE USE. STARTS FIRST TURN. hull looks great and tons of storage for boat. comes with bimini top frame. the steering was tight so i got completely new steering cable, hub everything not installed yet. never tried it but has a ship to shore radio, and fish finder which had a bad looking screen so i purchased another screen off ebay. has a fish debt finder with extra screen, marine radio and compass. will be putting on BLUE led lights on. BOAT= 1993 model 186 CC cape craft w title. 2 batteries plus bracket for trolling motor. no soft spots on top, made to be used as fishing boat MOTOR= 1998 150 HP MERCURY OPTIMAX FUEL INJECTED 6 CYL MOTOR all OEM. can start and run on hose. gone threw and as you can see from video or TRAILER= single axel good condition, towed down i95 recently no problems, bill of sale very firm on price and will go up. The 150 gets the boat up out of the hole real good. It is not real fast though. I have not GPSed it but would think it is about a 55MPH boat. Take rough water real well. Trolling motor pulls it really good. The only things I can think of negitive on the boat is that there is some spots that the clear is starting to come off as you can see in the pics. And the steering cables seem a little stiff. I am use to a hydraulic steering boat so they may not be stiff at all they just seem that way to me. 1994 Boston Whaler 21' Outrage with Twin 150 hp EFI and 2013 Load Rite Trailer. *** I just bought a bigger boat!*** This is a great hull! Having a much deeper V than the classic Whaler, the boat handles big chop and rough seas really well!She is fast (really fast 54 mph), solid and is versatile. Trailering her is a breeze! This boat has been meticulously cared for and maintained since she was purchased. I am the 2nd owner of the boat and have owned her for the last 8 years (850 hours of use). Up until this year, the boat has been trailered so I could bring her home and wash and care for her after every use. My family and I have used the boat for going to the beach, diving, tubing, and fishing, but mostly I use it to fly around and cruise along the coast. It has always been dependable and starts on the first turn of the key...even after a long New England winter. This past winter, I brought the boat up to replace the steering arm that was showing some corrosion. It ended up being the mechanics winter project (January-April). After careful inspection, we decided that it was more advantageous to re-build the engines than to re-power. My mechanics dismantled the engines in their entirety and re-built them from scratch using only OEM parts. They were amazed at the condition of the powerhead, lower unit, fuel system and electrical system. They replaced any part/filter/clip that showed any wear and tear or was in need of maintenance. In all, I spent more than $5,000.00 on parts alone, $10,000 in total.The engines are flawless and purr like they were brand new! There are ZERO issues with these engines! The hull was thoroughly inspected and received the same care and attention as the engines.We replaced the fuel system, with the exception of the 120 gal fuel tank which is in great condition.All cushions and bolsters are new, new blue tooth stereo, new Sonarphone-iPad Fish Finder, new Ram Mounts in the electronic boxes, etc.Every screw was checked on this boat. The gel coat is in amazing condition. We wet sanded areas, compounded and waxed the boat, replaced all decals and shined up everything.The trailer was thoroughly maintained and cared for. *** All of this work was done with my intention of keeping this boat. The motor is a 2000 135 Optimax 6 cylinder with only 70 hours as read from the computer at the Mercury Dealer It was used 90% of the time in electric motor only lakes.The 135 Optimax put out closer to 150 hp. according to many boating magazine reviews. Shares the same V6 block as all the Mercuries.The motor starts and runs flawlessly.New spark plugsWater pump replaced last season.New water separating fuel filterStainless prop runs straight and trueLower unit oil changed. No water or metal in old oilCranking battery is new.External water separating fuel filter just changed The 17 1/2 ft Procraft has an excellent holeshot. It runs and handles very well. Drives easily. Runs 63 mph with a light load. 60 with two adults and a full tank of fuel.Plenty of dry storage.Has an extended front deck for plenty of room up front. Easily removable with 4 brackets.Bilge pump and aerator works as it should.Carpet is good. A few thin spots but no big deal.Boat used in fresh water only. Clearcoat and paint are in great condition.
