Zincs were changed Sept 2023. Will need bottom job soon. One air conditioner, Radar and AGM batteries were recently replaced. One refrigerator was recently replaced. Owner tells us that all wiring was replaced. Underwater lights recently installed. Interior lights upgraded to LED. Flat-screen TVs were installed.
