Sea Beast is a well maintained 1983 Hunter 34. The exterior is impressive—with glossy, unblemished topsides and freshly painted bottom and transom scripting. The non-skid deck and teak trim are in very good condition as are the mast and standing rigging. The interior is roomy and well maintained—Saloon table and upholstery are in very good condition, as are the galley, head, forward and aft cabins. The installed AC is powerful and blows cold—cooling the entire boat in seconds. The MarineAir Reverse Cycle heat is great during the cold months. This is a comfortable and fast sailing boat with a sail inventory that includes small and large genoas, a 4 year old mainsail and an easy-to-use asymmetrical spinnaker (no pole). The Raymarine autopilot (2013) is state-of-the-art and works flawlessly even in a stiff wind. Two plotters will keep you on course at all times. Sea Beast is family friendly and will perform well for the novice as well as the advanced sailor. The sturdy Yanmar engine—in excellent condition. The Mackpack main furling system is a great improvement over the stock mainsail. The Spinnaker will help you fly downwind. This Hunter 34 Looks and performs like a much newer boat—we are proud to offer it for sale Dimensions LOA: 34 ft 5 in Beam: 11 ft 7 in LWL: 28 ft 3 in Maximum Draft: 4 ft 3 in Displacement: 11920 lbs Ballast: 5100 lbs Headroom: 6 ft 5 in Engines Total Power: 20 HP Engine 1: Engine Brand: Yanmar Year Built: 1983 Engine Model: 3GMF30F Engine Type: Inboard Engine/Fuel Type: Diesel Drive Type: Direct Drive Engine Power: 20 HP Tanks Fresh Water Tanks: 2 (65 Gallons) Fuel Tanks: 1 (20 Gallons) Holding Tanks: 1 (15 Gallons) Accommodations Number of single berths: 1 Number of double berths: 3 Number of cabins: 1 Number of heads: 1 Electronics Sony Marine Receiver w/CD,USB plug Mini plug Sat ready VHF FurunoPlotter—at Wheel Garmin Plotter—at Nav Station Compass Depthsounder Log-speedometer Sails Fully battened mainsail - 2 Reef Points Furling genoa - 110% 1990 Furling genoa 150% 1998 Asymmetrical Spinnaker 2010 Rigging Tiller - Emergency Steering wheel Inside Equipment Air conditioning Heating Battery charger Electric bilge pump Marine head Ice Box w/refrig option Hot water Electrical Equipment Shore power inlet Outside Equipment/Extras Swimming ladder Covers Bimini Top General Information Yanmar 3GMF30F diesel; 3 bladed 15x12 Prop; Two zinc anodes installed on prop shaft Fuel: 20 gallons; Water: 65 gallons in two tanks; Holding tank: 15 gallonsSail Area: approx. 557 sqft @ 100%; Double reefing Mack main; Mack roller reefing/furling 110% genoa and 150%; recent halyard and jib sheet replacements B&R masthead rig with roller-furler forestay and “E-Z Jack” mainsail lazy bag (Mack Pack) on boom Bottom painted with Petite Trinidad hard finish.
