1999 Monark 245 Sunlounger, Freshwater only 2nd owner. 1999 Sunlounder 245 by Monark with tandem axle trailer. Bluetooth stereo with 4 speakers. 13 person capacity and depth finder. Has 5.0 240 hp Mercruiser with with a Mercruiser outdrive. Top speed is around 35 MPH. NADA Low Retail for this boat is $12,505 High Retail $14,275. The Engine was completely rebuilt in 2011 (insurance replaced $7K cost - failed to winterize). The new engine has approximately 150 hours on it and runs perfectly. A few of the seats do have tears at the seems so you may choose to recover them and this has been accounted for in price.
