1983 Nelson Marek 45R Lauren Marie is a great racer/cruiser and very fast for the performance-minded sailor. This was built by Catalina/Morgan. The hull appears to be in great condition. There are several light abrasions on the port side amidships and one 12" diameter laminate repair that has not been cosmetically finished off. The deck appears to be solid and was recored in 2004 by Torresen Marine. There is some minor lead dents to the leading and trailing edge of the keel. The rudder appears to be good and solid. Sails appear to be in fair condition but are not for racing. The manual bilge pump does not operate but the electric bilge pump does operate. She is a great bargain!
