17' Necky Looksha IV touring sit-in kayak, equipped with rudder, and two watertight storage hatches, blue. The boat is in good condition with normal wear. It has good initial stability that is smooth as you lean further into its solid secondary stability. If you want the simplest of handling just drop the ruddder in the water. It is a nice and forgiving boat that does well in a variety of conditions. For campers it has plenty of room with large easy to load hatches for camping.
