Great Condition 1987 O'Day 272 LE Sailboat. The two cylinder diesel motor is running great, all filters and belts just changed. Roller Furling jib and main sail are in great condition, no stains or rips. Two new deep cycle batteries. Short 2.5 foot winged keel, great for the bay or shallow waters. Sleeps 5. Has Edson wheel steering. Pressure water. All gauges are working, including depth and speed. Boat is in water on Great South Bay in Patchogue NY, slip may be negotiated as well. Boat just completed a 90 mile trip with no problems.. Boat is truly 'Turn Key'. Price Negotiable! Must Sell!!

Description:1987 O'Day 272 LE. This is the version that had all the options, teak trim interior w/extra cabinets, teak and ash floor, wheel steering Westerbeke 10W2 diesel engine, dual batteries, pressure water, head w/ holding tank and overboard discharge, double lifelines. Sail controls all led to cockpit. Equipment:Main, original in good condition, Hood jib old and ugly but holds it's shape well, Hood roller furling, single line reefing, Self tailing jib sheet winches. Electronics are obsolete or not working. Old dodger, new awning. Two sinks, ice box, two burner non pressurized stove. New head pump, Rebuilt Alternator, injectors. also included original factory manual from O'Day and Westerbeke.Some minor scrapes and scratches from PO. I have replaced/rebuilt furler, injectors, alternator, head pump. All new standing rigging 2012, Westerbeke diesel with less than 500 hours.Looking to go smaller keel boat on a trailer Trade?
