**********PROJECT BOAT ONLY. NOT OPERATIONAL********** Photos were taken many years ago and do not reflect the current overall condition of the vessel. Boat is currently on the hard and is not being used. Buyer responsible for all costs related to inspections. Boat is not being launched again and is being sold AS IS AND WHERE IS ONLY. NO CONTINGENCY SALE ONLY Boat has been suffering from continued exposure to the outside elements from being uncovered for over the last several years, a clogged-up anchor locker at the bow, which the drain has been clogged has been filled with rainwater and has been seeping water into the cabin. Cushions in the cabin will probably need be replaced as they are wet and becoming moldy. The boat needs all new lines as they are all worn out and weathered severely Don't know the condition of the sails as they are wrapped up Probably are still good but will need to be cleaned and inspected. Boat is a project at best. Did notice some softness on the deck towards the bow by the anchor locker too, which should probably need to be addressed sooner than later. Please note that this boat, while this is a great vessel, it has however been out of the water and stored on the hard for the last several years uncovered. Stock #109867 1979 O'DAY 25 OMC GAS ENGINE AND INCLUDES TRAILER EASY TO TRANSPORT Great sailing boat, very easy to handle. Convenient that it is trailerable an has reclining keel. She goes to windward in a chop, because she has both a centerboard and a keel. The centerboard gives her a 6Ft draft which makes her fast and close winded and helps her track when waves build up. With her board up you can slide into coves or shallow bays for a quick swim or to anchor for the night. The cabin is spacious and well appointed. Cushions match fish print trim, which are being stored at owners home to keep them clean and like new, (not shown in photos). Privacy with full folding doors, and decent space for cooking and plotting a course in comfort while the boat is heeled over. Reason for selling is wife passed away.
